I respect the official numbers regarding vaccination. Only conspiracy theorists would doubt them.

Though you said you don't actually ask that question. So your conclusion that "it is nowhere near that" from what you were offered is based on a much smaller than the 10k+ people just being loudmouthed people that freely shared their vaccination status with you I guess?

What do you ask all these people?

and do you organise your research properly by keeping statistics/tables or do you ask them and then go by feeling?

Aaaaaand, if you are so terribly interested in covid, how come you didn't know more than a year after it first appeared that it had of course been sequenced?

Can't believe you invaded the privacy of 10k+ people and asked their vaccination status and medical history.

I didn't

That's rather rude I gotta say.

In your opinion

You guess right but from what I've been told and especially where I live that % is lower, no doubt about it

What do you ask all these people?

About serious illness, hospitilization and death before and after vaccines were available
Biggest medical emergency in our lifetime and you lot are shirking from asking the serious questions because it seems rude to you.. okayyyyy

Strangely enough, during all the fear and confusion that was thrust upon us,certainly by the media, people were eager to offer this information during a friendly chat and receive information right back. Bizarre really innit ?

Guess most of the public aren't so delicate to consider these questions rude as such and at the very least accrue some real world information from people they know, trust and rub shoulders with.

Maybe the Germans aren't as forthcoming

No fear  or confusion for me. Just get vaccinated, wear a mask, social distance, wash your hands. Simple stuff keeps you safe.

Absolutely spot on PP - and a usual I may say.  We have been exactly the same.
One of out neighbour's sons ignored the guidance, attended a football match and thus mingled with thousands, as he travelled, as he watched, as he existed through that day.  Came home, not giving a monkey's fcuk, infected his vulnerable Dad who spent six months in hospital and rehab. and now has severe long covid.
No respect for basics and thus, no respect for anyone.

people are following the guidance and getting infected every day
By:

When: 01 Feb 22 02:47
Of course they are.  All we can do is our best to avoid infection.  What is uncountable is how many have avoided it by following the basics.  Are you suggesting that nobody has?

honcho washing hands is a waste of time, it has minimal effect

i think masks and vaccines are counterproductive and may lead to an increase in cases

masks make little difference to transmission, but i think they make people less cautious in their behavaviour

old folk would be terrified getting on a bus if nobody ws wearing a mask

and rightly so, it is a dangerous envirnoment

the problem is they feel much safer if everyone is wearing one despite the risk being 90% the same

masks don't make environemnts safe

maybe if nobody was wearing them old folks would stay in more

same with vaccines

people are overestimating the protetcion they offer

think they can hug their nan and its safe etc, it isn't

From 1700+ podcasts, they pretend they found four mistakes. Unfortunately for you and them, they are wrong on even those meagre four, to the extent that they explicitly state that one of the four is actually true! CHORTLE!!!

Tim , it's from the bbc. I personally didn't contribute to the article. Hope you can understand that Happy

11 million listens / views per podcast

and lol at the BBC fact checking

Rogan's produces a huge amount of content

of course there are going to be times when guests get stuff wrong: this also happens on the BBC

I saw a clip of his on social media a few weeks ago. Didn't realise it was him. He was saying something about how the jab causes myocarditis and his guest said yeah, but the disease causes 8x more myocarditis. Was an amusing couple of minutes as he was going "no that can't be right, ok we'll get a researcher to check...oh"

Graham Nash becomes the latest Lefty has-been to remove his music from Spotify, courageously sacrifice his buck and a half royalties in return for global media attention.

The return of CSNY surely can't be far away. For our youngr readers, these were the 'Teach Your Children Well' herberts, siultaneously infamous for illegal drug consumption.

Oh, and someone else that no-one's ever heard of has joined in.

Maybe Rosie West, Ian ****ley and the Peace-Loving Culturally-Enriching Rape Gangs could join in with the fierce criticisms of these nasty (ahem) "robbing capitalist scumbags" music/film platforms.

I'm sure they would be eagerly embraced by their Progressive brothers.
