Well, well, well, it seems that lovely David Crosby would also like to join his former bandmates in their struggle.

You can see here why this law-abiding man of unparalleled dignity and class would be so offended by some podcaster he's probably never heard of until this week. Like most of the rest of us.

Any news yet on whether lovely fragrant Stephen Stills is also apopleptic with SEETHING RAGE about the "robbing capitalist scumbags"?

You can see why CSNY would be so outraged by other people's behaviour.

What good does contradicting do?  Our own system is incapable pf removing an inveterate, proven buffoon of a liar, from the top office in the land.  And a weak, box-ticking, puppet leader of the Met to continue ballsing everything up whilst half-wits are licensed to vandalise public property with impunity.
Yeah, capitalism, masquerading as democracy, has gotten us all in a good place in this country.

UPDATE :  As EXCLUSIVELY predicted by Your Humble Author.

On Feb. 2, Crosby, Stills & Nash announced plans to “remove their collective recordings from Spotify” in solidarity with their bandmate Young a day after Nash individually renounced the platform.

The musicians vowed to yank tracks recorded by various iterations of the group — including songs by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; Crosby, Stills & Nash; and Crosby & Nash — from the streaming service. Much of Young’s individual library is already gone from Spotify, while the rest are in the process of removing their solo work as well.

Wouldn't it be a coincidence if they used this global publicity to, erm, announce some highly paid spin-off "Reunion" shows or 'compilation' releases? They wouldn't need the petty cash they get from the "robbing capitalist scumbag" platforms that they, erm, joined in the first place?

If so, I'm sure there would be a perfect explanation for these trifling differences.

Just in case anyone might be worrying about whether any of Crosby, Stills, Nash or Young (or even Mitchell) will starve henceforth, after their fearless withdrawal from Spotify, please note that umpteen of their collective AND solo abums can still be purchased digitally from (e.g iTunes) at impressively high prices.

They've clearly somehow not heard ANY of the negative publicity that Apple has experienced in the last few decades.

Phew !!!

Even more good news. Another much-criticised platform (Amazon) appears to have warehouses full of Crosby, Stills, Nash, Young and Mitchell CDs and ludicrously-priced vinyl records by these most progressive of artistes. They won't go hungry in their little wooden shacks.

Must be a bit disappointing news for UK Progressives, none of whom would ever have ANY association with Amazon, Apple or indeed any businessed criticised for the amounts of tax avoided, or daily working practices.

"LoyalHoncho
No.  I blame our generation, because we're just sitting idly by letting it happen.  Like they did from 1933 onwards in Germany.  Boy are we in trouble and nobody seems to see it.  I wonder how long until teenagers are urged to watch their parents and report them for cancellation for perceived offences of hate crime/racism etc;?  can't be long."
LOL I had to laught at this from a SCottish Independence supporter, Scotland, party of infamous "Hate Speech", an illiberal law that literally made the news worldwide for the SNPs attack on free speech. It is intended to do EXACTLY what LH says and has now been passed, by the SNP, in Scotland!!!

https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/hate-crime-bill-parents-face-prosecution-if-insulting-remarks-are-repeated-in-playground-gphxlsx26
"Children risk exposing their parents to hate crime charges by repeating private conversations about transgender rights in the playground, a frontline police representative has claimed.
The hate crime bill being debated in parliament, as drafted, would criminalise conversations over the dinner table if they were deemed to deliberately incite abuse of minorities, MSPs were told.
Calum Steele, general secretary of the Scottish Police Federation, which represents frontline officers, said that children could unwittingly inform on their parents if “insulting” remarks about transgender rights, immigration or refugees were repeated in the playground.
Humza Yousaf, the justice secretary, has said that there should be no “dwelling defence” for conversations in the home that incite hate crimes."

https://www.spiked-online.com/2020/10/29/sending-the-thought-polis-into-scottish-homes/
"The SNP’s new hate-crime law will criminalise offensive speech at the dinner table.
If the Scottish government gets its way, people in Scotland could soon face prosecution for cracking the wrong joke about disabled or trans issues at their own kitchen table, or shouting incorrect opinions about Nicola Sturgeon"
The above bill was then passed and then:
"MSPs back criminalising hate speech at the dinner table"
https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/19077579.msps-back-criminalising-hate-speech-dinner-table/
" Critics fear it could lead to over-heated dinner table conversations being investigated by the police under the Scottish Government’s new Hate Crimes Bill. However MSPs on the justice committee agreed with Justice Secretary Humza Yousaf that there should be no exemption for hateful speech and conduct just because it was in a private dwelling."
"..the Bill could see children questioned by the police if they revealed parents’ conversations.
He said: “Allowing prosecution for stirring up over private conversations in your own home is a violation of privacy.
“If you had a guest in the family home who took objection to something you said, the only other witnesses might be your spouse or your children."
" “Without a dwelling defence this Bill could lead to the ridiculous scenario where parents are censoring themselves in theory own homes because they’re anxious their children might repeat something they said out of context.

“The idea we are going to empower the police to question children over what their parents said at the dinner table is anathema to our democratic values.” "

In illiberal Scotland, the above prosecution for things you say in your own home is already in place.  SNP supporters will of course as they do attack the news sources, but when this law was being passed it was hugely derided and discussed all over, there are many many many many sources attacking how awful it is.

Do we know whether Rogan has ever used the appalling racist expression "G***on" to describe white people whose viws he might disagree with?

We have a repeat offender on here who not only revels in his use of this disgusting expression, but simultaneously presents himself not only as anti-racist and also the arbiter on what is or not racist.

Some sample illustrations below.

Meanwhile….. back at Spotify and their morally unimpeachable but easily offended 70s deadbeats…

A routine search of Spotify website reveals some surprising names whose music is STILL available there.

How come none of the Progressive Artistes (99.99% of whom declare for Labour over here and Democrat in the US) seem to be withdrawing their music in protest about, for example, these fragrant individuals also being on the Spotify roster?

The above two would of course have been ‘cancelled’ years ago had they been white men.

Why would Prince Harry and Meghan No-Markle wish to have their (as yet non-existent) product featuring alongside these disgraced individuals? They can surely release the fairy stories and other pea-brained ‘insight’ they want to force down people’s throats via their own vanity website?

Perish the thought of course that it had anything to do with the reported millions they’ve absurdly been paid to come up with some uber-woke drivel, allegedly still in the pipeline.

There is of course now a possible get-out clause for them, and a chance to save face, what with the Lefty reaction to this Rogan person, himself unknown to 99.99% of the UK.

The US podcast host Joe Rogan has issued an apology over his past use of racist language on his popular show.

A widely-shared compilation video showed him repeatedly using the N-word in early episodes of his show, which has been running for over a decade.
