generally
as I said, you don't know he was infected 7 days before he showed symptoms. FWIW you also don't know when he was first symptomatic. |
|
By:
no I don't, but the disease has an incubation period, people test positive when pre-symtomatic, so if he was tested daily there must have been more than one false negative.

So much more likely imo, he stopped getting tested.

at what point is the viral load (in this individual) going to register as a positive test?
we don't know the virus is less than 12 months old. There's so much to learn about it and these sorts of direct line applications of logic from some general info to one specific case are just pointless. He tested positive yesterday. Maybe he caught it Tuesday as seems likely from Hope Hicks being positive on her test Weds and in the same travelling party to the debates. It's certainly a close contact with someone who tested positive. maybe he's not being tested every day? You just took that data point from a fellow forumite. we don't know. |

we don't know. my initial post was an enquiry as to when he was last tested. My subsequent posts were in rebuttal of the notion that he was tested every day. It would be surprising if trump had the shortest known incubation period and surprising if infected asymptomatic people routinely tested negative. |

Don't worry about us here in the UK though
The virus has moved its attention to prisons again now, the rule of 6 is working so the virus has had to shift tact ![]() |

It’s perhaps more likely that he, Melania and Hope Hicks caught it from the same person rather than them from her. It’s obviously a bit speculative. It is on record that Trump aides are tested daily so I assumed the same for him, Melania, Pence, mother etc.

By:
I think it is much more likely that on trump's insistence, testing had been scaled back to some extent. Annoying that no one is asking the question.

Its the same old shtick again
"he's doing great, never felt better" this virus seems to have no effect on the c*nts that get it with media coverage |

Fox News paid the former assistant to ex-host Kimberly Guilfoyle upward of $4 million to avoid going to trial after the employee wrote a 2018 draft complaint detailing allegations of sexual harassment against her, The New Yorker reported Thursday, citing two well-informed sources.
Guilfoyle, who currently serves as the Trump campaign's finance chair, abruptly left her position as co-host of Fox News' "The Five" in July 2018. At the time, a spokesperson for the network did not provide a reason for her exit and only said in a short, one-sentence statement: "Fox News has parted ways with Kimberly Guilfoyle." https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/01/media/kimberly-guilfoyle-fox-allegations/index.html Is everyone associated with trump pond scum? |

The president’s physician, Dr. Sean Conley, said in a statement released by the White House that the president received a “single 8 gram dose of Regeneron’s polyclonal antibody cocktail” after being diagnosed with the coronavirus on Friday.
Conley called the treatment “a precautionary measure" and noted Trump is also taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin, and a daily aspirin. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/live-blog/2020-10-02-trump-covid-n1241780/ncrd1241906 No hydrochloroquine? |

Of the Top 8 economic rivals to china, five are appeasing, kneeling, leftie globalist compliant sell-out quislings, with the other three, US, UK and Brazil all run by centrists. With a global infection rate of less than 1%, isn`t it strange that china has managed to get their virus to the leaders of all three of those countries, a full 100% strike rate?

I'm disappointed that timmeh hasn't told us yet why trump isn't taking hydrochloroquine. And now trump's taking remdesivir - didn't timmeh say that was a scam and hydro-C was prefectly adequate?

Someone on another forum is making the reasonable point that if they hadn't charged ahead with nominating a new Supreme Court nominee, the presentation in the White House rose garden would not have taken place and possibly all of those currently infected might not be.
