I see remain has drifted from 1.23 back out to 1.3.

Anything happened to cause the move appart from the refusal of the remainers likes United Biscuits to debate the issues?

Debates?

Leave or Remain, no one has had their entrenched views altered by all that has been voiced so far.

£350 million a week sent to the EU, described as misleading but still spouted by the Leave campaign. They don't care its a lie, they are working on the theory that as long as you keep repeating the lie some will believe that lie.

Remain have never apologised for the ridiculous statement about ww3, or the silly statement that we will all be worse off by £4300 if we leave, quoting figures up to 2030.

We will get the same old same old if we stay and the privateers if we leave. None give two hoots for the poorer in society, is anyone convinced that Boris Johnson cares whether the gap between rich and poor is at its greatest for a century or more despite two world wars? Of course not. Some stayers have a cosy existence under todays membership of the EU, including UKIP who really don't want to see the end of the political gravy train.

The truth is no one knows for definite what the outcome will be either way. The undecideds, who historically have voted for the status quo in these things, will decide the outcome of this referendum.

If we leave then surely if these privateers are so absolutely toxic as being suggested by the Remainers, then we vote them out, pull them out or burn them out.

General Elections are won over centre ground anything else is political suicide.

The great unwashed are revolting, working classes heading for the brexit door in their droves. I am finally coming around to Burt's conclusions and am now seeing it first hand too. We are leaving the building.

Cameron has shot his load, we've had Obama, WW3, economic apocalypse, the church of England and now he's even rolling out Hawkins and people are just not being deterred. I can't see what remain have left. We will also be entering weeks of heightened nationalism what with the queens birthday celebrations followed by the Euros, I think these things will too have an affect as ridiculous as that may sound.

Polls have changed also. Even the phone polls are tightening up and I think, in fact am convinced they are understating leavers. I know they have proved reliable in the past but there is no doubt some people that see something of a taboo about saying they are leaving.

I have met several friends and relatives that were undecided leaning towards remaining on first impressions, yet once the ice has been broken and I've revealed my intent to vote out they have let their guard down and revealed that they are more out that I am!

Why would your friends and relatives want to be coy with you about their referendum preferences?

Why should your friends and relatives be reflective of the nation? If you polled all the sink estates in the country they would be overwhelmingly for out. Even the never/don't want to work brigade are for out strangely.

I base what I say on specific encounters. I had dinner with an elderly couple of relatives last week, the kind of relatives you don't hear from for five years at a time and its always a bit of an ordeal when they come to visit as I barely know them. They are not from a sink estate far from it lol they are quite snobby though lovely people and are long into retirement and very well off. They live on the continent from October to April. Which is why I would have had them down as definite remainers despite the fact that they are oldies.

But they are an example of what I am referring to, very coy at first and once its out there even more vociferous about leaving than myself, despite explaining that they would lose free healthcare on the continent, they are voting out for the sake of their great grandchildren. I know they are old and it will probably just be dismissed for that reason but I was genuinely shocked as I would never have had them down as leavers.

The sneering comments of Errytay about sink estates is typical of this new breed of left winger.

They hate their own country, love the exotic the strange.
They despise their own poor but want to import the poor of the world.
They hate religion but have this inexplicable soft spot for the religion of peace.
They proclaim to be feminists but have no problem with FGM.stoning for adultery, honour killings and forced marriages.

Their concerns are never the plight of the poor or the employed, they are human rights of asylum seekers,a homeland for The Roma ( South Yorkshire ),LGBTI rights and extra maternity leave for wealthy women.

Meanwhile the "stay ins" still have not put up one valid fact for remaining,as opposed to the "outs" stating facts,as opposed to supposition, and assumptions, and stupid scaremongering.
HOUSE FULL,NO MORE ROOM,being the main "out" fact,,as opposed to guesswork and assumption from the "ins"

Well I have asked many many hundreds of people maybe thousands over the past month in my city as many of you will know.
I am seeing 90% LEAVE 10% REMAIN.  The new polls out today that say leave are the majority is accurate.I put the betting
at 5/6 remain 5/6 leave.Laying remain at 1.36 is lay of the century.Should go odds against before the vote.

My only concern is the postal vote. This is wide open for rigging the result... only today I read somewhere that non-UK citizens are being sent voting forms through the post?

I agree the fat lady is beginning to sing. I don't see where Cameron goes from here, short of threatening us with alien invasions. People have become numb to it and made peace with the notion of leaving and accept the risks involved. It will be nigh on impossible to convince them to stay from here.

As I said previously the queens 90th birthday celebrations will mean street parties across the country and hysterical nationalism shortly followed by the euros, so Cameron is going to be swimming against the tide. Definitely a case of too much too soon from the remain camp, the desperate scaremongering was the type of thing I expected to see a couple of days before the vote not six weeks out.

The remain camp have peaked.Waves of nationalism is sweeping the country.God save the Queen on her 90th birthday celebrations.
The Queen wants out and so do her people.Nothing will stop the country from leaving the EU.

Well, put some money down then! (You could have laid at 1.19/1.2 less than a week ago; that's when I laid a pile of mine off). I keep hear from brexiters that it is 90% leave etc for a 5/6 shot , evens shot whatever, but nobody is betting on it.  if so many people were so confident of a Leave Vote, I wouldn't have to wait months for some more of my 1.5 plus to be taken. Stop banging on about the "near certainty" of a leave vote and take advantage of the incredible prices that are available.

Yes it was, i know someone who got over 25/1 for a tory majority (He put on a big sum). A few months before the election I was able to get 11/10 for tories to get the most seats within a couple of weeks it was 1.6 then 1.25. It was very easy money. The ordinary voter was NEVER going to back Ed milliband, he had paper-thin credibility

By:

Well, you could have backed against him (i.e. Tory most seats) at odds against in january/February 2015. easy money. that price lasted a good few days, even a couple of weeks before the books caught on.
