thanks, emailed bf poker saying they wanted screen shots of trophy cabinet, what a joke. seen as promotion as ended there is no way i could do this, had to ring them up about it and they said they would get it sorted by tomorrow. its a joke

While we can completely understand your frustration on the matter, we kindly ask that you take a screen shot of your due prizes. Seeing as we do have a number of different free-rolls, we would need you to specify which ones are due in order for these to be manually applied. (ex: 5k, 10k) And as the promo has ended I am also unable to access my Trophy Cabinet to confirm what I won. They offered me a $10 STT token to compensate but that doesn't even come close to the value of the STT tokens I wasn't credited with let alone the value of the 4 x Freeroll tickets for the 5k and 10k. The Freerolls were the main reason I took part !!! Out of curiosity can anyone tell me how to access the lobby for these Freeroll MTT just so I can see how much this has cost me in lost value ? |

I'm not concerned by the cash or SnG tickets, I'm sure they'll sort it eventually but I'd really like to play the $5k and $10k freerolls as I think there will be a bit of value. I won 3x $5k and 4x$10k re-entries but haven't been credited with any tickets in a month.

Chipfire - when you open the poker client click on betfair exclusive and they are in there, the 5k game has 122 reg'd so far and the 10k has 119, the main event package freeroll has just seen the first person register, it was empty when I looked a couple of hours ago which suggests atleast one person has been credited.
Also, if you go here https://promotions.betfair.com/poker-uk-brazil-warm-up you should be able to log in and see you status, I was able to it a minute ago and from what I can tell mine is correct. |

Chapsmick, we can see the tourney but have not been credited with anything in a month. With no tickets to enter we can't join.

Ha ha dont know why it posted the word sorry, I was going to say you seem to be messed about, don't know what to suggest about the lobby chipfire other than clickg on tournement name, they are all betfair but the freerolls are named brazil so scroll up and down the page.

you have to click 'more' at the end of that of the bar at the bottom to get to advance filters

To find the tourney just clear your filters, go to Tourney, Freerolls and all the Brazil tourneys are there.
I just got on to chat from the I-Poker lobby. They confirmed my email and said they would credit the tickets and email me. |

I sent the screen shots last night and apparently they have been forwarded to the Promotions Team ( presumably along with everyone elses ) to hopefully get the tickets added. The impression I get from my correspondence is that they appear to have no idea what folk have and havent won and are reliant upon people mailing them Trophy Cabinets;not sure whats to stop you mailing them a screen shot of somebody elses, but there you go. Sounds like it will just end up like the usual promo where anyone mailing and asking for entry will get it. They haven't mentioned the balance due for the second half of the promo- the first payment was 4 days late I think, so presumably this one will be the same. |

I had to speak to live chat as well, got credited 24 hours later, they should double check everyone whos won one, be alot easier and customers would be happier.

Morning all, as you all predicted payment for the Road to Brazil part of the promo has yet to be credited, it clearly states in the T &C's that all final payments will be made within 24hrs of the promo ending at 23:59 on 17/12.
Also the link I posted last night is not working for me this morning (I took a screen last night just in case), I didn't opt in until after the 'interim payment' but managed to get upto the $75 mark, not exactly a fortune I know but $75 is $75, I'll get on to live chat shortly and report back here. I hadn't played on Poker for a while before this but gather this is a regular issue with the poker promos from what I've been reading, I have to say it must be a problem team specifically as any promos I've opted into on Sportsbook or Casino I've not had any issues at all? |

I think they just over-extend themselves. They are good at dreaming up complex ( well complex for them anyhow ) promotions that are interesting, but unfortunately they dont seem able to cope with the important bit, which is delivering what they have promised.
Where I work we are constantly told to under promise and over deliver- BF poker seem to function in the opposite way. If they had told players payments would be credited within 5 days and paid out within 3 everyones happy-if they say they will pay out within 1 day and pay out in 3 they get bombarded with complaints. I honestly dont know why they keep doing it. Unfortunately its quite commonplace for players to have to chase prizes or point out how Leaderboards are meant to be calculated. Its been this way for at least 5 years. |

That's not good, surely you'd be doing everything in your power to ensure the promotions you run are over delivered on every time, it's pretty standard for any buisness for to practice that way if they want keep customers coming back, quite baffling really as betfair are a HUGE national company known by just about everyone in the UK and beyond.
I stopped playing on betfair when they took down the old poker client (can't remember maybe 2009/2010ish) I used to play regular and still miss it today, the client had it's issues but there was a good regular community of people and tournemnts etc. I came back about a month or so ago because the promos looked good and the VIP freerolls interested me, got myself upto 5* status pretty quickly only to find the vip freerolls were taken away, I only played one. I tried twice to contact live chat now and not got through to a human being yet. Overall it's been a poor show from the poker team, I may have to go elsewhere again. |

Ok just to update I finally got through to chat to as always have refer to 'The Team', honestly what is the point of hiring someone to work on live help if they don't have the power to resolve any issues?

Poker is a tiny and probably unprofitable part of their business and the Helpdesks are manned by staff who are only able to answer very basic poker queries and have to refer everything else on. I guess they have such a small number of poker players ( UK based ones anyway ) that it doesn't warrant the expense of recruiting and training then employing dedicated poker staff.
At the end of the day the company is becoming more and more like a high street bookmaker with each passing week, and like them it ideally wants mug punters betting in multiples and hammering their casino/arcade games where their profits are largest. |

Well I got my Final Payment for the Brazil Promo having completed 47 days.
All I will say is that they have sent me £33, and I'm assuming someone has missed a digit off the front of that. What a fking utter and total shambles. |

On the promotions page it says I'm due $75 - I got £11.51 this payment and £3.76 interim payment giving me a rough total of $25.
I have a screen grab of what the Brazil promos page says and I'm certainly gonna chase this up. |

I think its pretty clear they have absolutely no idea what prizes people have won or how much poker they have played, which suggests either they have lost a big chunk of data again, or they dont have anyone who can analyse it and then act upon it.
I was going to have another stab at the Snowball promo but my gut instinct tells me this will also be farcical given they have already changed the T and C. Withdrawing funds, and after tomorrow night will be considering self excluding from all BF products Im not already self excluded from. If I get the hundred quid or so I'm owed will be a bonus, but losing the will to keep chasing it. |

Just sent betfair an email.
Total mess, was expecting a few hundred dollars got 30. The scratch cards were bad enough, the last week ( maybe 300 cards) have all been the 1c tokens. I ended up with a thousand of them. |

If you read back through the thread it should be fairly obvious to whoever has to sort out the mess at what point it all went pear shaped.
The sliding tracker thing along the bottom was working fine at the beginning, then people on the Forum pointed out it was going backwards instead of forwards. I suspect at that point it started subtracting instead of adding your days ? |

The way this Freeroll is structured gonna be a lot of people end up cashing for about a tenner. It's already paying top 63 and there was only 190 runners including sit outs.

Final Table bubble for tonights Freeroll gets a whopping $60 and God only knows what time it will finish. My guess with 619,000 chips in play would be around 1 a.m if they play reasonably loose.

sent them an email yesterday requesting my freeroll tickets, got usual templete saying they will forward it to poker team. still didnt get my freeroll tickets. got zillions of 1c stt tickets[yippee, not] but missed out on the decent bit of the promo. did my my cake thou.

Also only 200 entries at start of tourney and ended up with 413, lot of bf....... entries had 3 on my table.
