I have 498 1 cent tokens that I will never use, and around 1030 VPP's I cant use as I'm on the 30% RB deal so I'm opted out of the VIP bollox. And a shedload of spins on the Arcade I cant use as Im self excluded.

I did get a couple of 10 dollar tickets which I finally used in the only game they are eligible for a Spotlight D2N. Cashed in both but with 10 minute blind levels it was probably ev- using up time playing them.

Was going to try and complete the 50 days but the disconnection problem makes playing EV- even getting 60% RB.

Just had my missing prizes credited. Only took them almost 2 weeks. And they only cocked it up a little bit. Still missing 2x £1 sportsbook bets, 6x $1.1 SNG tokens, and 350 odd 1 cent freekick tokens (although they're more of a punishment than a prize!)
Still, they gave a couple more $5k freeroll tokens than they should have done.

I have had a similar issue, I was on the $800 mark. Played 5 days over 1000 points so should have moved to the $900 mark and I have gone BACKWARDS, I'm now on the $700 mark. Every 'jump' up until this one has happened on time and correctly. My advice is to keep records of which days you have played. They will get it sorted in the end. Great promo, far better than leader boards where you compete against people playing 50xthe stakes you are.

I wish they would do more promos like this where you have targets instead of being in the hands of other people. Or at least complete against people at the same stakes, like the Raked Hand Race they did a while ago.

The award of these scratchcards is so bent. I've had almost 1000 of these so far.
The last 400 or so have ALL been 1c free kick tokens!
Given that there are 2503611 scratchcards, 750000 of which are 1c free kick tokens, i make it there's about a 30% of getting one of these.
What's the chance of getting 400 in a row??

Henningan the reason they scrapped the Forum Q and A previously was because it was completely unworkable, you have 3 guys from across the company bombarded by questions, most of which are either individual queries about account issues, or conspiracy theorists essentially slandering the company and give them 90 minutes to answer everything.

They struggle to answer the first batch of questions before the time runs out, and most of the stuff thats actually worth asking never gets looked at. The fact the exchange/sports books guys are involved means that almost all of the questions will be sports/exchange related, as those forums are very busy, whereas there's only 3 men and a dog use the poker forum.

At least when me and Thrappers went to Betfair H.Q. we had a month or so to collate all the queries, delete all the crackpot and individual stuff, pick out the main bones of contention, and then sit down and ask the people running the show direct questions to their faces. Unfortunately once it became obvious they weren't able to deliver on promises at previous meetings, we got no further invites and the guy at BF who set it up left the company.

I wont be asking any questions, because I hardly use the site any more, and once the current promotional Freerolls are over this week I cant imagine I will use the site again, especially if the VIP Freerolls have been scrapped.

I completed 45 days. The interim payment was 4 days late, so I wasn't expecting them to make the payment of the balance today as promised, and so far they haven't. God knows when we will get it, likewise the Freeroll Tokens.

I ended up with over a thousand 1 cent tokens. The fact I never played one or used the crappy free spins either is probably why they kept inflicting them on me day after day.

The only upside for me really has been quitting the promotion before the end and therefore not having to play on the crappy network.

Logged in tonight for the first time in a while, Freeroll Tokens not credited and neither were the $1 Spotlight STT tokens- not that I would have played the STT but thats hardly the point.

They told me they have had a problem which meant that my position on the matrix was showing as wrong. Just logged in and it's now correct. I wouldn't worry too much. If you have your own records I'm sure it will get matched up correctly.
The payment wasn't due yesterday, the promo finished at 12 last night. So it is due within 24 hours of then.
I think the matrix part of this promo is great, I have played more than I normally would. I wish they would do more promos where you are master of your own destiny. Not competing with people that play 20x the stakes.
