i only had 120 for the buy-in. they had NO FIVERS AT ALL. so the woman said she would find me and get the 5 change to me.

i was there for over 2 hours into the tourney and then left after forgetting.

i don't need the 5 badly lol but it's the principle.

ok club in general...... not having a go etc....

the woman - as you put it was mandy ,we dint actually have no fivers to give out nor did anyone have change
when all the cash was added there was about 5 spare fivers - i came into the area where the tables were and shouted does anyone want me to personally come round and return their fiver or donate it to the charity - the charity won
all funds taken that day for the charity will be announced on here soon - however if you are so desperate for your fiver back , pick a HU room and i will gladly re imburse you out of my own pocket so the charity doesent lose out

severe toothache, that's more likely to be alcohol withdrawal. Remember, don't drink too much tea now carndy. (keep it up m8, food tastes so much better)

oi oi - first oif all.... i said i didn't want the 5 back now. so chill. i won't go to a hu table with you. i don't want it. it's cool. i am not petty etc.

also, i had no idea who the 'female' was at the buy-in table. i was not rude and have not been on this thread. calling her a 'woman' may not be the best but it's not nasty of me so don't kick off for that.

all i am saying is that i was told that it was going to be brought over. it wasn't. i am not that peed off about it but i just wondered..

i am glad that it was donated to charity but understand that i had no idea this was the case. from my point of view, it was as if the person had pocketed it. just saying... of course... i know this was not the case. 15 replies in a few mins...? good to see you're all up but chill and let me reply.

and as for the raffle etc? ok. my fault for busting out around 80th or whatever but i had no idea when it was on and did not hear an announcement about it.

i started this thread to enquire about what happened - not accuse people and demand a small sum back. i don;t want it and am not bothered in that way so chill and be nice.

it's probably at its worst now. eat some crisps - or better still, go any buy some pitta bread and chilli houmous tomorrow and eat a little of that every time u get a really bad craving.

mandylou - ok fine. but it is hard to convey intonation on here. so what may come across as cold etc would actually be recieved very differently by you if we were talking.

i was only wondering what happened. i was there from 11:30am and heard nothing about the raffle or charity donation. as i said before...... i am glad it went that way and have no intention of asking for it back.

from my situation i felt i should bring it up...

try to liken it to not getting the correct change at the bar etc.....

if ur unaware builder, the detination of the fivers was sated ery clearly at the time - I gues u were at the bar, quibbling about ur change ;)

oi - ffs. i knew you lot would be like this.

i am not asking for it back... i was just asking what happened to it...

well i made a few journeys to the boy's w/c but i think i would have heard the announcement.

basically, it is late - well not that late for me but i feel tired and have had a few beers round a friends house..... and i am nice and didn't come on here to argue.

polite chat would be appreciated rather than the drivel 'divaflava' (which sounds like a transexual show) has spewed on this thread.......

right - done what i logged on to do and will now be off.
sorry if i offended anyone but i wanted to ask and did. i would also do it again. maybe in a different way.... but it is a shame that people have to gang up on a person and not add anything constructive to the question, conversation or thread.

btw - just to satisfy you all... me starting this thread means i am a tight, forgetful, petty, inconsiderate, mean, nasty, ignorant, deaf, nosey, rude, unappreciative, sour, resentful and evil person.

that's what you want to hear......so go print it on a t-shirt and wear it to your next 10 freezeout.
