You've gone from writting a big 'I am' paragraph to sounding like Mummy and Daddy still pay for your water rates.
|
|
By:
My mum and dad couldn't afford my water rates.
lol at me being the one that's embarassing myself in this thread. |

The sooner people realise that making statements without having anything to back it up makes you look plain dumb the better imo.
I know more about employment law than you...blah..blah..blah. |
|
By:
Yeah, I'm the dumb one. That's why I work in a shop instead of owning and running a technology company.
|
|
By:
Bluf, Have you knocked your poker career on the head now?
|
|
By:
I'm not the one making myself out to be something i'm not.
You should have a better job. You're a lot older. |
|
By:
Yes, my industry is about to hit huge growth thanks to some new technology so it was a no-brainer. Already got one of the worlds biggest gambling companies as a client.
|
|
By:
Good luck with it.
|
|
By:
Cheers, you'll all be using the new technology within a few years as well so it's pretty interesting to be involved with.

You should have a better job. You're a lot older. I'm unable to respond to that without knowing how old you are. |

I emailed them a few weeks back requesting a joke book. Still waiting.
I'll give them until the end of the week, or there will be fireworks in live chat. |

this guy still going on and on? puts me to shame this guy
before you start on me azi- i ran my first company when i was 18 and have had up to 150 staff underneath me. I also had a rather large customer services/complaints team. If a customer complains in the way you did your complaint would be dealt with and you would be warned against your conduct with a member of my staff. being abusive to a member of my staff in this manor would not just be left and if you spoke to a senior member of staff in this way your account would simply be closed. Customers like you are not needed there is a right way to complain to get things done and a wrong way. you chose the second option . |

I had my own company when I was 16. Left Grammar school after my GCSE's with top grades to do this. Big deal?! I don't want blow smoke up my own arse like others on here. I have achieved things you could only dream of. I don't need you or any other person who isn't close to me to know this. Everything you have just wrote is cack Aristonandon. Anyone with any clue in customer services knows that the customer is always right. You never allow your staff to alienate your customers. This is so simple. How are you not getting this. |

Moronic customers with bad attitudes aren't always right though, princess.

There is alot of CVs on this thread.

customer is always right if they speak politely/repsectfully or deal with their complaint correctly
abusive customers are never right even if they did have a right to complain. you dont alienate customers but if you run any business you do not allow your staff to be abused. |

"being abusive to a member of my staff in this manor would not just be left and if you spoke to a senior member of staff in this way your account would simply be closed. "
I broadly agree with your points, but I don't see why it is "okay" to be abusive to a junior staff member and not to a senior one. In my opinion it is worse, as the junior guy is just doing as he is told and has no authority to change anything anyway? |
|
By:
agree totally and was not meaning to imply it is ok to speak to anyone in such a way. a junior member of staff wont have any authority to close accounts etc so i was meaning to say if you spoke to someone further up the chain they would deal with you differently.
a bully deals with junior members of staff like this and wouldnt speak to a supervisor or manger in this manor. i actually like the way this person dealt with him. when he got overly abusive they ended the conversation which is the correct way to deal with an abusive client. |

There are so many sensitive, delicate little flowers on here. I bet your periods will start to synchronise soon. ffs.

Danny you are a fool (nap) You think that going all-in pre-flop against AA is the right thing to do. Then you moan like a ** to the whole forum about it when you lose. (nap) |

Looking at other threads on the poker forum I think I am the only person on here with my morals in order and pride intact.
On one thread we have some guy begging for money to gamble with, on another there's a self confessed pro who is a master at working out pot-odds, but doesn't see anyhthing wrong with putting thousands of pounds on the spin of a roulette wheel and don't get me started on some of the low-life**bag liars on this thread. And don't get me started on the chump who thinks it's ok to go all-in pre-flop against pocket aces. |
|
By:
And btw I received an apology from 365 with a $50 bonus for my inconvenience.
You could learn something. |
|
By:
What a complete waste of space you are 'Danny.'
Giant chip on your shoulder. Not like it's worth getting so upset over such small withdrawals. You must live on a hand to mouth existence. Is your rent late again & that $50 cannot wait one more day - so you have to verbally ubuse somebody? Get a life you pathetic cretin. |
|
By:
Charwell you are just frustrated because you wish you could handle things in a manly way like me.
|
|
By:
And you're also annoyed because I have been proven to be right.

Au Contraire pleb.
Been a senior manager for years, as a resutl of my teams spirit and ethic I won top annual awards including holidays of a lifetime to Vietnam, Monte Carlo etc. My bonuses were more than your salary. I think I know how to handle and manage people. You on the other hand are a cheap and nasty piece of excrement who cannot control a bad temper for a feeble reason. In life treat others how you like to be treated. Live by this maxim and you won't go wrong. P.S Now get back to your grubby counter as the tramp that p1sses himself wants to break into £1 to fill up the roulette machine. Chop chop you arrogant, jumped up big mouth ;) |
|
By:
Why do people feel the urge to keep telling me their CV's! I'm not going to give you a job.
Anyway, it's clear that you are intimidated by me and how I handle myself. That's your problem and you will have to learn to deal with that by yourself because i'm not here to help you. You're best bet will be to not read any of my posts because you know that that feeling of inadequacy will set in again and who knows what might happen. |
|
By:
to be fair id cut you off if you spoke to me like that
get a grip and if u need the money that desperatley dont gamble (nap) |
|
By:
he wont listen
there are certain "male" members or society who think it makes them more "manly" to behave like this. the funny thing is he probably wouldnt dare to do it if he was talking to a real person rather than in front of a computer screen. he thinks he is better than the rest of us so best to just leave him to his lonely existance |

I like how many people can only see the abrupt part of this (the bit where I make things happen). In most things that happen in life there are a chain of events that happen for things to esculate to a certain point.
On this specific topic you can take what you want from it, but there's only two main points. 1) You can be of the view that I am a loud-mouthed, rude man who has no care or concern for others. or 2) You can think that this guy has lost his temper because he has been treated inappropriately by someone that is meant to be providing a service. He is standing up for his rights. 'Treat people how you'd like to be treated' is a comment that has been slung about by some people on here. That's probably my main thinking behind any action I take in life. I would expect the same treatment from someone if I had been rude, unhelpful and ignorant towards them when I am payed to do the exact opposite. You reap what you sow. |
|
By:
help us out a little?
can you copy/paste the bit where the 365 rep treats you inappropriately? I can only see him being ultra polite and professional. |
|

you reap what you sow?
oh how I hope that's true... lol |

Mark T: Please be advised that a bank wire transfer will take between 2 to 5 working days to clear in your account.
Danny: I know Danny: ******* hell. Mark T: The withdrawal was made on 26/01/2010 and the 27/01/2010. Danny: Are you sure about that? Mark T: As such 5 working days have not elapsed. Danny: Mark are you sure about that? Mark T: These are the correct dates. Danny: Because I am staring at my screen with a withdrawal on the 25th that hasn't been paid out. Mark T: One moment please. Danny: Usual 365 ******. Mark T: The withdrawals are from the dates previously mentioned, 26/01/2010 and 27/01/2010. Again...baring in mind that I have had polite conversations with them before this I have told him that the information that he is giving me is wrong and after I make him check his facts he still tells me the same thing. I can't deal with ignorance, it's a weakness of mine. If you would accept this kind of behaivour then you are just a door mat who lets people take the ppiiss out of you. No wonder this country has gone to the wall when there are so many dumb people out there. What are the schools teaching these days. |

if anyone's ignorant in that exchange it's you.
here are the possibilities from that as I see them: 1. this online support chap is, for some reason known only to himself, lying to you about the difference in dates. 2. the support chap is telling you exactly what he can see and there's either an error in the dates, some delay between your request being made and their clearing system registering it, or you've made a mistake. which is the more likely? now - who's being ignorant again? (and if it helps you work out who is who in this exchange, it's paid not payed) lool |

help us out a little? can you copy/paste the bit where the 365 rep treats you inappropriately? I can only see him being ultra polite and professional. Ultra polite and professional! You mean in the way that he managed to get the facts wrong first time around and then after being prompted to check he has got his facts straight he then comes back to you and tells you he is right and then when you tell him specifically where he has got it wrong he tells you that you are wrong. There's nothing polite and professional about that. What that is is someone that is incapable of doing their job properly and someone that is out of their depth when it comes to handling complaints. You clearly don't know what you are talking about either. |
