I don't know either azertyioup or semi-skimmed. But from the attitudes displayed, literacy of posts and azertyioup's embarrassing chat log it's pretty clear who's the more educated.

Azertyioup - it's disappointing that you received poor customer service. But resorting to abuse has got you nowhere and as a previous poster said, will possibly cause you future problems. Who knows what would have happened if you'd politely complained and asked for compensation? You might have "won" on the event rather than just be angry and bitter. Or do you have to flip out like a Saturday night chav to "honour" your family? I clearly don't know respect works... Will just have to carry on being polite and getting what I want. As weak as that is of course...

So many people complaining about my attitude then they try and give me some attitude and run off like little girls. I'm guessing everyone responding on this thread are shorther than 6ft. For the avoidance of any doubt is a manly height.

i read the trascript of the chat log twice. yes you have had shockingly bad treatment from them but the customer services guy isnt responsible. abusing them just makes u look like a sad bully

if i was supervisot boss there i would deal with the complaint then send you an email warning you about future conduct with a member of my staff. any future abuse like that will not be tolerated and you will have your account frozen etc...end of discussion

ask politely to speak to a supervisor and escalate your complaint in a polite but firm manner. abuse will never get you anywhere seriously
