Absolutly **ing ridiculous run bad situation today AGAIN. God im starting to sound like arbboy, arbboy trust me you dont even know the meaning of runbad. The pots i was losing was incredible. Every big blind i shoved on had AQ and i never got there with whatever ** i was shoving. Every all in i called they had Krag and got there. Another losing 50+ game session and im just gona jack it in. No point wasting my time (over 40 hours this week) to fall victim to what must be some sort of money recycling program stars are employing. 62 games played.

What you gonna do ? throw in the towel ? blame bad luck ? or pull yourself together ? This whole thread has been bizarre from start to finish.
1. You have a "professional poker player of 5 years" asking to be staked for £400 2. He touts on the Betfair forum rather than be staked from one of a dozen successful previous stakers 3. He seemed happy in a previous post with hitting a target of $2800 profit over 3 months. With 50% of that being returned to his backers, that would net him around £850 for 3 months work. Even a minimum wage job would net him significantly more than that for the same hours yet all his "mates" on the thread are actively encouraging him to take the much lower paying poker route instead. The whole thing is just bizarre. |
