Just run my tourneys through holdem manager and im running bad. Its only recorded 350 tournaments and says the rest are uncompleted? Dunno what this means. I'm $90 below EV in those 350 tournaments.

u can manually enter the payouts if u have time one day after a session... so the incompleted ones will then show up as being completed
maybe u have to d/l to latest HEM update for it to work properly in future if u are using an old one... |

so the plan is to get people confident in his abilitis by winnin a couple hundred dollars per month and then go broke again in the future and be able to get staked and go through this s5hit again???
i think the plan is more likely suffer 3months of absolute robotic multitabling for next to nothing so that he can leave the stakers behind for ever and then hopefully go and spin it up at plo never looking back. gl, but i think ud earn more money if u just sat at nl50 2-4 tables , just make sure uve got good table selection otherwise u get a load of nits just sitting there waiting for aa and accumulate some rake, easy to spot tho cos they only 3bet 1% of the time. shud earn alot more than ur doing now, and ur bank is more than enuff. gl with wateva u choose to do n e way |

Played another 20 games. Was on course to book a very good mini session until stars decided i would come 7th for $12 in both my last 2 tourneys. AA v A9, AQ v J4, AK v A7, 33 v 22 all lost :(

In my experience, you have long periods where you lose, worst has been 3 bad months in a row for me, short periods of spectacular highs ie have won nearly all I've lost in that 3 months in the space of one night and long periods where you don't get anywhere - just tread water. This is mainly mtt play mind. Keep at it.

The only thing he's gonna prove by borrowing £400 in order to make £10 a day playing 40 hours of poker each week instead of getting a job is that he's stupid. Even a paper round would pay a better hourly wage. Since it's clearly impossible for an adult in this country to live off less than £300 a month, I guess it also proves he has financial support from elsewhere and is not really a "professional poker player" as he likes to call himself. I think it's much more likely that he actually signs on professionally or lives with his mum professionally. |

Ben is working hard at poker and he is doing this to build up a roll so that he can play at the higher stakes. It's a bit like starting off as a tea boy in an office hoping to one day be an executive. Leave him be and try and learn some christmas spirit. Good luck Ben, I know you can do this! |

This has nothing to do with the previous dispute. If one of my best mates was playing poker 40 hours a week to make £10 a day, I'd tell them how ridiculously stupid it was as well.
If he is trying to get a roll together again, he will do it quicker by getting a part time job for 3 months and saving up. I am absolutely amazed that no-one else can see this. |
