At York this afternoon I think we can oppose a favourite in the form of a horse taking on his elders for the first time. Despite the weight allowance I think that we can oppose the Sir Henry Cecil trained Stiplulate. So far he has won his Maiden race at Leicester and a Listed race against his own age group at Newmarket, a race where the form has not worked out particularly well. Since then he has appeared in three Group 3 races and a Listed race with three places but no wins. On one occasion he finished last, the going was very soft that day and with the possibility of rain softening the ground further and six other possible winners of this race on our side the percentage call is to oppose him today. He hasn't always been the quickest to break from the stalls, so buying him back in running is a possibility.
3.05 York - Stipulate, Lay at 4.2
In running you may be able to buy him back at 12 for 35% of your original stake to give you a 65% profit, less commissions.
