In the 3.45 at Lingfiled I think we can take on the favourite here in the shape of Captain Cat. His one previous attempt at this distance saw him drop out quickly after the mile post and he droped back to finish last of 7 in a Class 3 race at Newmarket. The quicker conditions of polytrack have seen him win and be runner up in two runs since then but he finished second in this grade last time out of todays mark of 97 and he didnt look like a horse that will win in this grade off this mark over an extra 10 furlongs. At least another 5 of this field are capable of taking this race and the call is to Oppose Captain Cat. Currently available to Lay of Betfair at 2.76.
