Busy so this will have to be brief - look at the later games after.

Taking a chance that the game at MSG will go the distance - Carolina very tough opponents for the Rangers imo.

Think there will be goals in Pittsburgh tonight but no bet

Good Luck Grin

Yep, a shock start in 2mins and Crosby has not even made a point yet. Bolts made a mistake putting Roloson in the net once again after hard working shutout victory last night. They just scored 3-0 and 4-0 already. Even Ellis took already one goal with 1st shot..

I had a feeling Ducks (18-2-3 at home history vs Preds) might be a worth of trying later tonight against Preds.

Looks like Tampa left their A game in the divisional hot bed of Washington last night , no coincidence that last night was their biggest game of the season so far Happy

Like your bet in Anaheim ND.  I don't know the players well enough to know how badly ducks will miss Gezlaf?

Any assistance appreciated lads Grin

Drew - In the short run the absence of Getzlaf means hardly nothing. Perry & Ryan have a good young center McMillan who fits that role perfectly. Their pp certainly might be a bit worse but they are playing ok anyway at home nowadays so I really don't mind their 1st line center is out now.

He's not any defensively orientated player either. I prefer worry if someone of these fellows like Koivu/Selanne/Lydman/Hiller is out including already mensioned Perry & Ryan.

However, what comes in the long run is the whole new story. He's always been top-4 in their pp. Ducks have more depth as he's available. In tight games you need to have a very good pp to win games. I guess Ducks have it now (9th best in the league). It will a bit worse without Getzlaf that's for sure but is it lot of worse can't tell. The 2nd unit is also good with pp (Koivu, Selanne, Blake) and Carlyle still can have a chance to make some variation using fe. Lydman(Visnovsky) there as only defender with 4 offensive players including Perry, Koivu, Selanne, Ryan(Blake/Lupul).

They will be trouble with big, bad & skilled teams as one big thread is not there anymore the next 4-6weeks. They still won Philly lately by 5-2. I don't think they would repeat that if they play 3-4 more gms vs them.[;)] Hawks also outplayed them in 3rd period last time but they also succeed to win that one 2-1. The key player was Hiller once again. I also like Lydman's style to play. He's a very sensible making rare mistakes but very often you can see his name with stats. No wonder he's their best player in the +/- stats which tells it all the best.

Now, just have to give fair warning Preds not a bad team either as you surely know. Rinne has been solid lately. So has Weber(D). Don't know though how they handle a fresh absence of their center O'Reilly. Maybe this it not a big deal but it makes me worried at least. Also remembering the stats in the past in these meetings which isn't promise any good for Preds either. So, I suggest to take a few pennies on Ducks tonight! Cool

Incredible game in U20 final. Russians were already down by 0-3 after 2nd but it's not 3-3 in a half way 3rd. Amazing coming from behind again. [:o]

Cheers lads

Hit a purple patch to be honest - had an 11/1 winner at Lingfield this afternoon then cleaned up tonight in Prem footy where I hardly ever bet!

Going to do some work on the Hurricanes tomorrow as their games always appear tight.  May be able to spot likely ties.  Tonight I got 4.4 the tie 10 minutes before the start and it was 3.95 at face-off so a few people must have been of the same mind.

Anyway, need to find a new system bet as the Leafs appear to be playing the first period awake all of a sudden Laugh

This can only happen once in a lifetime. Seen lots of games in the past where underdog team has came from behind but this situation is an unique one I believe. Impossible to see Canadians beaten at their own continent leading by 3 goals after 2nd and then totally collapsed in the final game. Absolutely nonesence. If someone said it to me yesterday I would have called him a doctor..Laugh

All the glory for Russians. That country is going insane tonight and tomorrow latest when they woke up they dreams and realise this is all true.

Massive blow for Pens is Crosby out tonight's game and backup goalie Johnson is between the pipes. Habs also have rest three days. I think Habs should be a favourite and they have huge odds in the market.
