It's a 6am job for me tonight as i'll be staying up for the Ducks game later , always love this battle between 2 teams with so much natural loathe for each other that goes way beyond divisional rivalry and that extra edge is always evident , Ducks have lost their last 4 in San Jose but Sharks will be without the suspended Joe Thornton who is always influential in this match-up , will have a few bookmaking accounts open for this one in-play as it could be a crazy game.
Still looking at the rosters for all these early games , good luck all ![]() |

Crazy enough game in that it was hard fought as expected , close as divisional games often are , both teams took the lead at some stage , Sharks desperately missed JT who returns for the next game , OT to further reduce my sleep.
Good luck tonight ![]() |

Montreal more than made up for the double going down so will continue with this caper. Easily the best US sport to watch anyway, always has been.
Anyway gonna stick with St Louis tonight, if you've won 7 in a row, then why not 8 against a team they can beat. Also going to chance Buffalo @ New Jersey. The Devils will come good eventually but look all over the place at the minute. Both of these haven't won at home yet, so lets see that trend continue as well Good luck |

Nice to make a small profit last given St Louis' performance
![]() Ottawa at home to Vancouver appeals. Senators on a roll, Vancouver hopefully coming to earth with a thus after their good run. The Canucks failed the other day when I had Montreal, so going for more of the same. Also having a small bet of Ottawa -1.5 at about 3/1. Good luck |

Yes think despite it being a divisional game it was a game Blues could afford to lose considering their recent great run , more of a concern will be the injury to T.J and how quick a few injuries recover.
Lovely schedule of 10 games tonight plus a great looking NFL live game , it's another very late one for me ![]() |

Too much sport on tonight
Celtics @ Heat in the NBA, Thursday night NFL plus a big card of NHL. Sure gona be bleary eyed in the morning. With regards to tonight's hockey, I can't see past the big favourites in the Kings and Sharks. How's about everyone else? |

Sharks are so inconsistent these days to be taking too short a price but wouldn't dream of saying they won't win , at least they have Joe Thornton back from suspension tonight after missing the Ducks game.
Good luck all ![]() |

WILD 4 me
HURRICANES + PREDATORS looking good for me Good luck |

Warning for those thinking of betting the under in the Bruins game, apparently Tim Thomas is not starting in goal tonight.

Thanks mate , at least Bruins have probably the best deputy in the league in Rask but Bruins will do very well to maintain the level of the win in Pittsburgh last night for this even bigger game against the divisional leaders , tasty game in prospect.

Well done delpiero on the short price double , Sharks scraped home in a SO and what a struggle it is at the moment for them , they are so inconsistent and could produce anything when entertaining Calgary tomorrow.
Not surprisingly Bruins were outplayed and out shot by Montreal and clearly left their A game in Pittsburgh following the monumental effort the night before , so difficult to produce a top quality display on consecutive nights during a regulation season of over 80 games. Good luck tonight ![]() |

Devils scrambled to victory in OT but still haven't won in regulation at home this season despite being odds on for at least 3 of them , we had a discussion about their home form carried over from last season earlier on the thread ( Oct 17th ) and the theory seems to have continued , far too many class players involved though for it to remain for too long and as discussed their road strategy is well geared to achieving good results when they're at more rewarding odds.
11 game schedule tonight , good luck later ![]() |

Agree about the Devils at home. Probably the same with Chicago, and back in the day when I watched loads of hockey, Montreal had massive expectations that they struggled to deliver in front of their own crowd. Once teams like these start to roll though they are very difficult to stop.
Going after the value again tonight. Going to lay Philidelphia at 1.83 in regulation, and backing Phoenix (nap) at 2.54 in regulation and Calgary at 2.8 on the ML at the faltering Sharks. Will be playing these large as singles and in small combos. The games in Buffalo and Nashville look very tight - reckon at least one of these will go beyond 60 ![]() Good luck ![]() |

You just never know with Sharks at the moment drew that's why i'm swerving all their games this month and reassessing them in December , they could produce their best or worst tonight you just wouldn't know.
Good luck all ![]() |

WTF are ESPN playing at? This gridiron match has been over for a long time - switch over to the NHL! We've already missed a goal!

Oops...maybe I shouldn't have back the 'Nucks!

Vancouver leading now.
![]() Would be much appreciated if the Bruins could score a few now please! ![]() |

Look a bit jaded Bruins , think that Pens game took an awful lot out of them the other night hence the poor display v Habs last night
|

I like the Kings later tonight at home to the Islanders. The Kings are undefeated at home and playing an Islanders team that has lost against Anaheim and San Jose. They are on the tailend of a West Coast trip and I see the Kings laying it to them tonight.
Good luck all. |

Kings should be a safe bet. I don't like using the 'L' word, as nothing is ever certain in sport!

Good late call for the Kings there Canucks , agree scheduling was the key

Atlanta may force Washington all the way tonight - OT in Washington the call.
Elsewhere Tampa look short at 2.08 to win in regulation, so a small lay for me. Not very appealing tonight tbh, good luck any players, at least its on early enough ![]() |

Crazy match in Washington, Caps seem to have energy to burn, thought they'd be jaded last night
![]() Wish I'd had the balls to go all out on Minnesota but a win is a win ![]() |
|
By:
Yes mate that tie in Washington was nearer to reality than the score suggests , you won't go skint laying Caps in regulation in selected games at the odds they're put in at that's for sure , the peoples team from a gambling perspective it appears due to Ove and the exciting style of play.
Good call in Tampa though drew and as you say a win's a win ![]() 6 games tonight plus an intriguing NFL game , just love the MNF whoever it involves mainly due to the ESPN coverage and the countdown show to get you warmed up ![]() |

Going for over 5.5 goals in the Rangers @ Pens game tonight.
Also found a bet on Billy Mountains: New Jersey Devils to score less than 2.5 goals @ 1.67. Tim Thomas has only conceded more than 2 goals against the Caps and the Pens this season, both on the road. The Devils have only scored more than 2 goals in 2 of their 9 road games this season. Hopefully the stats work in my favour on this one. Also having a nibble on the Devils to be shutout at 8.00 and to score under 1.5 at 3.00. Now watch them put 7 past Tim Thomas. ![]() |
|
By:
Check that shutout bet, there are slightly better odds on the Bruins being the only team to score at 8.50. I'll take the risk that this won't be 0-0 after 3 periods. [;)]

Vancouver are flying and don't look like stopping to me - think they'll be too good for Buffalo tonight, they have so much confidence and more than happy to take on Sabres with a shocking home ice record.
St Louis may have hit the skids and I can't have them for the time being - going to lay them in regulation. Going to pass on NJ at Boston, but think Devils will nick it - instead saving the best until last and really fancy LA at San Jose. Will also be under 5.5. Please talk me out of any of these soon, as I'm on a promise tonight ![]() |

Can we have some goals in Pittsburgh please?

The one game I back overs in is the only one that has no goals.
