It wouldn't matter to Delbert anyway as he doesn't bet

I’m going to watch the boys now enjoy writing about me, thinking about me, wasting your time on me!

Unemployed and unemployable Delbert

the group2 lancashire oaks is another shocker borderline listed id say

There seems a lack of opinion on here about the winner, has AOB running two confused punters?
Because that’s what I’ve been suggesting is his aim for some time now. |

The blinkers are off today but what else do you notice?
Looked like Moore was giving a good squeeze there the get over the line in a race set up for him. I’d wondered at the time if he might drop back to take on Bow at Goodwood immediately after this race. |

Any 'games' would be for opposing trainers, not John in Ladbrokes

No such thing as a bad Eclipse imo.
By:
My definition of a ”bad race” is one with a short priced favourite that’s been won before its run.
By:
Fair enough….but it’s up there with the Derby,KG and Arc tbh….throw in the benson and hedges at York…
By:
I’m not criticising it Ace, there is an element of intrigue here because of how close they finished last time out, plus taking on their elders.
We had a match up between the generations in the Gala Stakes yesterday. On or from a ratings perspective it’s not a classic but I’m not a ratings follower. |

A couple of bookies and some pundits are against Con River at the shortie price. A couple are going 6/4 and 7/4 in their price boost.
By:
How can this renewal be viewed as a classic? The shortie Con River has not won the 2000G or the Epsom Derby. The shortie has only the French Derby - not a race considered as significant or prestigious as the named two in the past; AOB usually sends his 2nd string there. Also, he was helped by the injudicious riding of the local jockeys who gave the AOB's jockeys an uncontested lead and team tactic for the best result possible.

Constitution river to beat hawk mountain in the forecast must be the play.
By:
I wonder if the big hitter at Royal Ascot of AOB's runners will back Con River or Hawk Mountain. If so, how'll the bookies react?
By:
Hawk Mountain is more than capable tbh….11/10 third place for those who punt in big money, like finding in the street tbh…
By:
The big hitter could be playing. There's money for the fav. He's into 1.88 here now from 2.04 and more.
By:
I’m watching the horses, there’s a lack of interest on here in the race.
By:
I'm only half-watching this. I'm watching F1 today as it's live.
By:
Not a lack of interest, merely an unwillingness to get involved with a loon like you,Delbert.
I am sure you will be on after the race aftertiming the winner, though ![]() |

I had a write up ready I’ll save it for moi.

Late Market watchers, have they confidence in their own opinion?

N That's because no sane poster wants to engage with an Autistic loon who only looks to try to score points

The big hitter could be collecting again. The bookies need to know when to stop taking on one of the lads of Coolmore backing his own horses.

He played the game will he win the run up until late, even sold the press the dummy that it was an afterthought!

A stern opposition to Ombudsman for The International at Goodwood? A good race in prospect if both turn up. My money is on Ombudsman for his sheer turn of foot eg race alongside Con River just behind the pacesetters, and then pounce using his turn of foot as Con River takes it up. It will be a very tactical race, with team tactic in operation no doubt. I hope Ombudsman is not blocked in by the AOB's battalion.

Everyone happy with today's race and the way it was run?
