Feel free to add comments on particular issues that are impacting you. I'll make sure it all goes to the RP. Thanks.

for me, the issue is you can't cut/paste the RPRs (with links) from the stats tab in a tabular form to a spreadsheet

I have now been contacted via email from Harry Barkaway (its not a joke)of the RP telling me that;
Thank you for getting in touch. Our racecards have just been updated in what will provide a more enhanced, streamlined and future-ready interface. These cards lay a foundation for exciting new features as well as putting vital information at the front and centre of your viewing experience. We’re confident that after using the new racecards for a few races, you will find them far more efficient! |

Yes, appalling and no consultation that I was aware of.
|
|
By:
There was absolutely no consultation of their readership and they clearly believe that they can do as they wish.
They will soon find out otherwise. |

Horrible format, messy on the eye. Print difficult with varifocals. Never bother with the Weekender or R&F Outlook and can't be arsed with most of the writers- was also disappointed Paul Haigh was not remembered as part of the 40 year anniversary articles. I realise he left on icy terms but imo was the best journalist they ever had.
May resubscribe to Timeform despite their site annoyingly continually logging you out after a few mins inactivity and the replays forever freezing. |
|
By:
leave the online version en masse and all rush out and get the paper copy as its disappearing from the high st. and increasingly hard to find
|
|
By:
Just try it. Like most new ones the 1st impression is not positive.

I've just got home from work and thourght they was something wrong with my computer. I can't use this now. I was looking forward to Hexham and Huntingdon, but now I have to learn how to use a new website. Where and how do I sign this petition? Not a happy punter.

Depending what zoom you use on the page, you either get the usual form pop-up, only now sent into the bottom corner of the screen, or you get a full window pop-up which makes it more difficult to view adjacent the card. The at-a-glance card, now called compact, is not. |

I hear you FatP. Not had a single bet today because I'm still trying to get to get to grips with it. I really dislike the layout and I'm not sure I'll ever get used to it.

It's horrific but... they won't change it back remember when the new interface came on here the fallout was crazy but
the old one was quietly phased out - unless they lose a lot of subscribers they may compromise a bit with a few tweaks but this will have been a significant cost to them, they will have trialed and deluded themselves that this is better and more user-friendly than the older one |

Signed.Cant seem to arrange race in card order in procard mode, no option in settings to change from price order to card order.

Signed - if the tabulated RPR and TS last six data is still "unavailable" in the Insights package tomorrow, I'm cancelling. If it does reappear, then can we have it back at the foot of the racecard.

I still can't fathom this out after about an hour and a Half. It's almost heartbreaking. If it doesn't get changed back, and taking into account that I'm having more and more trouble getting my smallish bets on, I'll have to consider packing in the whole lot seriously. I'm so angry.
