I totally agree about the irresponsible dog OWNERS ,who for some unknown reason let the dog wander/run 100m or more from them and think they are in control of any situation that can/could happen.Iam a responsible dog owner/lover and disgusted by some owners attitude.
I understand if this incident had happened 13 days after the altercation Mr Evan Williams quite possibly would have been handed a Two year suspended custodial sentance. |

You get a longer sentence for pleading NOT GUILTY and then being found guilty. It's the costs of the case. Wouldn't surprise me if the case costs came just short of a million quid.

HAS HE STARTED CRYING YET
hasn't stopped as yet but Big Bruce has him under his wing, saddling up in the ring. Starts his anger management course on Monday, hoping it'll knock a chunk off his bird. Should be out before next year's Grand National. |

A horsey man with mud on his shoes,
Once let his temper pick and choose, An old man stood, frail and hoarse, And anger struck without remorse. The hockey stick came crashing down, Echoed sharp through all the town, A moment’s rage, a foolish course, Now all he feels is deep remorse. What’s arisen can’t be undone, No race to win, no victory won, Just guilt that builds a heavy prison, For what’s been done, for what’s arisen. He sees a dog, a soft cockapoo, Its gentle eyes cut right him through, And thinks of kindness he once knew, Before he played the fool or two. Now sits alone, ashamed and sick, Muttering low, “I’m such a prick,” No horse to train, no crowd, no cheer— Just lessons learned the hardest way here. |
