I don't think anyone is joining to make money. Selling was obviously financially the right decision but you can't put a price on owning a horse with a community of new friends and dreaming of glory, so in that sense they did the right thing.

Imo, the folk who invest in "basher" are not in it for the money, the inference from some here, is that they are idiots being fleeced.
I don't agree, they are in it for the crack, the excitement, win or lose, obviously, win is better.. And if Watts is making a few quid, 8 don't think the majority of them would hold it against the lads. Eyes wide open for most of them.. |
