So how, physically, will they keep previous thieves from entering stores? What will be the actual operation of that when staff are presently told not to physically intervene in situ. And, supposing that policy is changed, how long will it be before thieves work it out that while a “banned” person - who is a colleague in crime - is causing a disturbing distraction - they will have free rein to do the required thieving?
