'Denise' seems to have lost the plot. She has Rosallion (1/1) and Quirat (20/1). However, either to win is 10/11. Seriously? Also, I'm restricted to 100p for their superboost = 'go away'.
Sportsbook (100p); 'sly' (250p). 'Denise' (100p). Now, the game is truly kapoot! |

Looking at the opposition Rosallion should be a good thing. Surely he should be odds on? But will he do it?

The Sportsbook on here is completely beyond the pale.
Contemptible beyond words. |

I’m sorry Danaho that you never had a win with him today, the rest that backed him oh dear!

All the furore about this horse and his bad luck. One word wrong. Bad horse. Books must absolutely love him.
Yes, bad horse. Good horses win good races and he doesn’t. |

Rosallion another great example of an “unlucky” horse never getting out of the rut.

Horse needs a change of scenery and different tactics

Hannon was reported to have said Rosallion did not travel as he normally does. What an unprofessional comment? 7f may have been too sharp, and the wide draw. Also, the horse has had his no 1 race scratched due to a bruised foot. This race was only an afterthought.

Delashay • August 19, 2025 9:08 AM BST So has there been a dip in confidence to opt for an easier looking race within the camp? Those backing at short odds should contemplate that. For the aftertimers out there |
|
By:
They bottled The Jaques Le Marois and went for what they thought to be a weaker G1

Hannon was all laughs the other day with Trapman when he said there wasn’t anything wrong with him the other, not so funny now huh?
|
|
By:
I suppose the question is were he and Exactly to have had each others draw would he have won? Ruby, who’s a chit-hot judge imv, feels it cost him at least a length. I feel he would have found some other way to lose.
Rosallion - perennial loser. Highly likely never to win again. |
|
By:
not sure why hannon/MSM fell the need for trainer to make excuses every race for a horse that's bordering on the opposition singing CAN WE PLAY YOU EVERY WEEK as they enter the stalls.it will fall in to a group one on the grounds of there been lots of them about, but be champion miler etc
|
|
By:
Loyal Lake Forrest was also inconvenienced by a wide draw and the bloke beforehand said he wanted faster ground, the track for me has looked shat with the way that it’s been coming up.
|
|
By:
Dont buy this draw cRrap, supposed to be a miler, had every chance if good enough shuld of picked this lot up on his back.
His head carrieage says it all when under pressure , one to avoid the horse is a Dog ![]() |
|
By:
There was no bad luck all the draw had nothing to with it he was beat fair and square and I hope Hannon doesn’t make any excuses that would be ignorantl to the horse that won the race. Lost my £100 but owes npme nothing…
The wife was upset I lost a tenner so nobody say anything right |
|
By:
horse ran his race trying to get competitive ,last furlong should have been his strongest but 3 horse he,d gone by 2 out ame back and headed him.tells me not enough speed on bridle to keep up
|
|
By:
Moore was not riding to facilitate Rosallion, and connections should have anticipated that. However, Rosallion with a different trainer = a winning result.

So has there been a dip in confidence to opt for an easier looking race within the camp? Those backing at short odds should contemplate that. Delashay • August 19, 2025 8:58 AM BST Telling Hannon says during the interview that he was a Group 1 winner at 2 the at 3 and we’d like it to be at Four. He mentioned that he’d face many good horses in France and I believe that the decision was made to try to take in a potentially weaker race to secure that Group 1. I do however think that by reading between the lines they are desperate for that Group 1 win at Four whatever the distance. Delashay • August 16, 2025 3:09 PM BST What was he for Deauville? 9/4? Looked short to me |
|
By:
Still no takers for your nonsense impossible.
|
|
By:
Also believe Ruby was totally wrong it didn’t cost him a length he was never stopped and was never checked he lost by three decent horses that should be tge total end to all the excuses …

Hannon always talks them up but the ducking of a G1 should have rang alarm bells with people. Actions and words.

Agree with the bit about having to run his race twice to get onto the leading group, seemed way too far out of his ground imo.
