Figgis this one is in part for you. I’m not sure why Fieldd Of Gold is rated higher than Ombudsman. FOG has beaten very little to date, yet the latter beat proven Group 1 performers. That aside if there’s one track I’d take the grey on on is Goodwood. He didn’t perform, the dip was used spin the Guineas as an excuse for being out ridden, we know how that worked out! He also flopped at Longchamp on the downhill toboggan. Might this be why Diamond is eyeing the Marois, pancake flat track short of a mile? |
