A K Podcast released today.

Harry Stewart-Moore is acting for Oisin so obviously no comment from him.

It is not clear if he is acting in the BHA proceedings or criminal proceeding or both.

Back in the day his father represented Fallon

just heard someone on look on sundae saying we must get behind murphy and help him get over himself. weve done that already. the bha did their utmost to give him the lightest possible penalties for earlier indiscretions, dunno why and doubt many others would have been treated so favourably

hes not an alky, few genuinely are. hes a spoilt selfish fool

dont recall anyone saying we should get behind graham gibbons when he was struggling

the ghoul had already proudly boasted about only seeing her horses 80/89 days a yr because she was very efficent in making sure she didnt over stay her tax avoidance scheme ,then lectures us on how we should let murphy mame as many people as he wants when pished driving a car as long as he isnt pished/stoned out of his mind when on top of one of her multi million $ blue bloods, theres 3 month old babies  can read the room better, not surprisingly lucky who can turn a blind eye to hands getting sliced off before racing and stonnings in saudi if the £ is big enough, was like a love sick puppy hanging off her every word as compared to spending 20 mins trying to shut ammo guy down 3weeks ago on same subject

Oisin's first ride tonight is Schrodinger's Cat 6:15.

Quite apt, really, since a cohort in here have certainly imagined themselves to be in two places at once at the time of the accident.

I can't back it for two reasons but I hope it wins.

In a nutshell, 1st time poster not holding back on his views regarding Lucky and one of his guests on Sunday. Strong opinions always welcome, even if you have to decipher them a little.

George Best, Maradona, Pat Eddery, Walter Swinburn, Shane McGowan and Ernest Hemmingway were all high-functioning alcoholics: we shouldn't be too sanctimonious : let the law take its course, if you please.

Apparently, Matt Monro "drank like a fish" which included half a bottle of Scotch a day, but it still didn't prevent him from delivering beautiful performances like this one:

'ponchoslament', possibly, if he stays. At the moment I think AOB is trying to mould Illinois into a Gold Cup horse; Los Angeles, the Champion Stakes; Jan Brueghel, King George over 12f. I think all these could be ARC bound in Oct.

And well each to their own -  but it’s known for making bad judgments! Laugh

Shocking claim from Maradona's psychologist: We had a relationship shortly before his death.

In the ongoing legal proceedings regarding Diego Maradona's death, private messages from psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, who was responsible for the football legend's treatment, have been leaked to the press. In the messages, Cosachov implies that she had a sexual relationship with Maradona. These messages were revealed during a media interview conducted over the weekend by Maradona's ex-girlfriend, Veronica Ojeda.

A new scandal has erupted in the ongoing case regarding the death of football legend Diego Maradona. Private messages from psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, who was responsible for Maradona's treatment, have leaked to the press.

In the leaked WhatsApp conversations, Cosachov implies that she had a sexual relationship with Maradona during a discussion with her colleague, psychologist Carlos Diaz. In response to Diaz's message, "You slept with the fat guy, you ****!" Cosachov replied, "Hahaha. Well, therapy is therapy; everyone has their own technique!"

Each to their own technique too! Laugh

"Let the law take its course".

Probably so for someone who'd never been done for substance abuse; failed multiple breath tests even missing a scheduled breath test at Kempton citing an acute haemorrhoids episode which required which A7E attention; involved in an ugly scrap outside a boozer in Newmarket.

The latest was Mr Murphy wrapped his car into a tree, and injured his female passenger. He also refused to take a specimen roadside test. Was this the action of a man who was remorseful or purely thinking about himself only?

A decent human being let alone a public figure sportsman would have held their hands up and admitted guilt, and probably booked himself into a rehab clinic. Instead, Mr Murphy had done none of these eg continued to ride.

I think the BHA is complicit to the latest infringement by Mr Murphy. I hope the BHA will dish out an appropriate punishment for his long history of alcohol abuse/dependence.

I do not want to see his face on terrestrial tv until he's kicked the habit and stayed sober for at least 12 months. Anything less is unacceptable from the BHA.

I’d of shut Bowie down after Heroes - his music really did suck after and I’m being kind giving him that!

But I’m sure it’s on many a playlist! Laugh

It did happen in the McCarthy era, after all.

You are correct. But the deterioration wasn't because Bowie was on drugs; it was because he was OFF drugs.

Basquiat: whose paintings now sell for nine-figures?

nor was maradona. david bowie was a drug addict, among other things
