I like both Linekar and Wallace....I agreee with everything Wallace says.....Down to a few prissy middle aged women like the odious Kirsty Wark....

In my former life, my team used to get all the new starts....i trained them up on everything..haha....in my last year i had a team of young ladies, all in their 20s Girls are far worse than boys (certainly in the era).....What a laugh we had, anyway one of them organised a sex quiz one day for a laugh...One of the other team leaders walks past our team, whilst we are having a laugh....Middle aged woman of course, reports me to senior management for not putting a stop to the quiz.

Doesn't he realise this is 2024, not 1974? Guilty, or not, you cannot just say whatever takes your fancy, and expect no reaction.

never mind 1974, its not 2014, the world has just gone mad these last few years, with this taliban approach to what we can say and cant say for risk of offending "a" person.

Gregg Wallace has now been accused of groping three women as the BBC MasterChef host faces a fresh flood of claims and allegations. One former contestant even alleged he groped her while she was cooking on the set of the show as the cameras rolled.

Wallace has stepped down from MasterChef while allegations of misconduct are investigated. Now, the woman, who is staying anonymous and has asked not to be named, claims Gregg shouted “you stupid cow” and she “had her card marked” for not seeing it as banter.

A second accused Wallace of telling her he was aroused by her presence, before groping her bum. “He put his hands on my hips, moved to the back of me, and pressed into me. I made an ‘Eeew’ sound, and stepped forward," she said.

Crap isn't it not being able to go around grouping women Laugh

95% of those defending Wallace would put the head on you if you even  for a second stared at their wife, partner, daughter, sister in a bare,no /,s would be asked, its all a bit of a joke when its not your family involved, walking round a TV studio in front of people you hardly no naked with only a sock covering your manhood isn't a  bit of crack, 99.9999% of men wouldn't do it

I'm not personally defending him. No idea at all if what you allege happened. If we're talking about dodgy jokes or creeping around other people, plenty of harpies and gay men do it on prime time family tv. It also happens on mainstream broadcasts such as IAC, SCD and eurovision. For example alan carr's whole schtick is innuendo. Norton plenty too. This is another coordinated take down. I don't watch the cooking show at all, I have in the past watched the show he does about factory production as the engineering behind how stuff is produced can be pretty engaging. Didn't think he was anything special as a presenter, not too bad but a bit cheesy / dad joke stuff.

if you feel that badly about it you report it to the bbc there and then.

official complaint about wallace, in writing. dated.

it then becomes their issue if they don't follow up on it.

"Keir Starmer blasts Gregg Wallace comments as 'misogynistic' as he makes demand of BBC"

A Daily Mirror headline ^

Did he have anything to say about Hunter Biden's pardon? Nope, didn't think so.

And by the way Starmer, wtf are you doing poking your nose in? Isn't it a matter for the police to investigate? What happened to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty?

i havent been following the story so i dont really know what he has been accused of....if he has been up to allsorts for years why now?

I know temptation is there when you work on the telly, and that does not matter what sex you are, but i really do doubt Wallace would be so brazen, ie posting on twitter that its a few middle aged hags like Kirsty Wark, if he was a serial fondler and worse.

How sad that the no talent, legend in his own lunchtime Gregg Wallace was the main headline news on BBC1 this lunchtime. Not as if there are any wars going on anywhere or a criminal being pardoned by his father, innit! I mean he's a greengrocer!!!

indeed, and why there is no footage of this, everyone has a camera phone, i can guarantee someone would have taken a photo....this all smells a bit unless actual evidence appears.....ie proof.

Just a couple of examples off the top of my head. Complete double standards. So an old man pushing his crotch in a young woman's face on prime time tv is fine. As long as she says she's ok with it. ok.
