It didn;t come over as such. Idiot.

I think other trainers and owners in the UK need to find out where and from whom Mullins and his owners sourced their horses. I believe this would be a prudent start to arresting and then challenging their dominance.

Why are you calling me names? What is your problem? |
|
By:
they know where they come from, 9 times out of 10 those horses are sold subject to a run before they even deliver at a ptp or french track

Yeah, why I very rarely post here these days. Was such a friendly community to interact with back in the day. |

can you send them somewhere else, yes, but if you've just shelled 500k on a purchase where's your best chance of success?

So you reckon Nicholls, Hendo et al are fundamentally worse trainers, who would not be able to get the same results with the same fire power and within the same eco system? |

where did i say that?
i think when you're dealing with the absolute top table of owners they are playing their best chance on mullins, irish top horse are mostly staying in ire, the french agents are tapping up the richest owners first, there are fewer top horses finding their way to henderson / nicholls of course they can train & will get winners if they get the horses, but how many will they be showing us this week? |
|
By:
I wasn't criticising you.
Just interested in your take as to whether there was a fundamental difference in the actual ability of these people to train racehorses. And why owners have suddenly decided that only Mullins can do it? |
|
By:
they all haven't, donnelly is still really loyal to henderson, look at the sir gino auteuil race, both the horses she bought got picked off before the race was even run, one went henderson, one went mullins, but plenty think mullins might have the better of the two, time will tell

If Salvator Mundi wins the Triumph off the back of no prep and a year off, then we might as well call time on the game now eh!!!

might be an interesting one esp with the cloud over nickys, maybe we can check in and see how it goes after, enjoy your week

MJK, you like to speak for others unrequested. Even a psychiatrist does not have that magical ability otherwise....game over!
Salvator Mundi and Sir Gino share the same owners - the Donnellys. Are they old money? |

'elise', thanks for the info.
MJK, you're always "suggesting" about others. You're either a virtual psyche, or extremely nosey. Whichever,... you're binned! |
