and not doing so makes her in what way "deceitful"?

The smelling cannabis thing is a very well known 'tactic' the police are basically taught at Hendon (not officially of course). PC says 'I smell cannabis' instantly negates the need for any warrant and they can (and do) just barge in. They can do this to anyone at anytime irrespective of any smell. If they got the sack for that then about 75% of all pcs should be sacked for similar!

daves tried to make it racist by saying it's racist.
maybe david could be so kind as to highlight the racist posts ? |
By:
what's racist about it dave ?
There isn't the slightest chance you would have taken any interest in it if the woman was white. |
By:
By concealing the facts while implying she wasn’t to blame.
Can’t have it both ways Prove she wasn’t in the wrong or give the details of who was |

By concealing the facts while implying she wasn’t to blame. Where in the court proceedings was this mentioned? |
By:
Clearly there has been a reason to declare the facts and was apparently given 3 opportunities.
Where is the issue here? |
By:
There isn't the slightest chance you would have taken any interest in it if the woman was white.
dave. it's t0ssers like you that are the problem. you're trying to make it a racial issue. |
By:
Are you suggesting Dave that the judge is racist and had no reason to find against her?
By:
But the panel found two officers had lied about smelling cannabis.
stand your ground and how the fck can anyone prove otherwise? |
By:
Luckily we do live in a country with some rights. Not completing a form is an offence, but doesn't imply anything other than that.
By:
But the magistrate found against her
Where do you assume they had no right to? If there was a chance she would be found guilty of the charge and she was innocent, shouldn’t she be advised to give the details? |

The athlete claimed a ban would make it difficult for her to get to training.
Couldn't she simply run there? After all, that's what she does. |

But the panel found two officers had lied about smelling cannabis. stand your ground and how the fck can anyone prove otherwise? You're not a stupid man, rico, I think that you can imagine some inconsistencies that might have become apparent in their claims. They were sacked after all. |
By:
if it was Eilish McColgin or anyone else it would still have been news and we'd still be discussing it. so you're out of order with your racist BS Daveo.
By:
She looks a nice bit of stuff. Shame about the ‘’attitude.’’
By:
McColgan wouldn't have been racially profiled by met police.

It's the latest craze, just come up with any excuse and half the time they let you off. Just like the shoplifters 'It was far easier to walk out the door than waste 10 mins of my life paying for it'

But the magistrate was happy enough to assume wrong doing by her
Therefore by concealing the details she was being deceitful. You trying as hard as you can to claim racism when the magistrate found against her is pretty poor |
By:
I suspect the police will be keeping an eye on her from now on.
By:
dustybin • December 5, 2023 3:08 PM GMT
But the magistrate was happy enough to assume wrong doing by her Are you thick? She was convicted with not completing the form, which she admitted. Why would the magistrate need to assume anything? |
By:
You are the thick one for claiming racism when you have zero evidence
By:
The magistrate rejected her claim about the impact of the charge, was unconvinced enough of her plea of innocence.
By:
She pled guilty you utter melt
By:
Because she was, yet tried to influence the decision but got knocked back, and those who reported the fact are assumed racist by you
Typical cnt dave with his weasel lefty tripe. |

Because she was, yet tried to influence the decision but got knocked back lol how could she influence the decision when she was pleading guilty, you thicktard? |
By:
dave. you can discuss an issue concerning a person of colour without it being racist. you coming on here trying to railroad the discussion means you're part of the problem pal.
By:
What an utter fanny you are Dave
She attempted to declare guilt at the same time as appealing for clemency. The magistrate saw straight through it, but Dave can’t. |

film critic - i didn't think Denzel Washington was very good in Safe House.
Dave - oh, you're one of them are you ?? |

You're not a stupid man, rico, I think that you can imagine some inconsistencies that might have become apparent in their claims. They were sacked after all. they state they can smell cannabis so are conducting a search..happens on police interceptors 8 times ev episode..impossible to prove you were making it up. |

She attempted to declare guilt at the same time as appealing for clemency. The magistrate saw straight through it, but Dave can’t. rofl - virtually every single person facing a driving ban says why they should get one. Hundreds do it every week. It means nothing. She might have got 12 months, if she hadn't said the ban caused issues. |
By:
@ rico they were sacked for lying about smelling cannabis - they obviously did something that made it clear thay were lying. eg they only claimed it after it became a big issue and didn't mention it at the time. (nb I have no idea what happened).
By:
I’d say on the balance of probability she was indeed being deceitful, a claim that can only be supported by the fact the magistrate wouldn’t listen to her plea.
She failed to back up her claim that she wasn’t driving when an offence occurred on 3 occasions. |
By:
Now over to you to prove why you say this thread is racist.
By:
ffs you must be thicker than hulk. The case was nothing to do with her driving and she didn't need to back up any claims. She was convicted of not completing the form.
I have no idea whether she was driving or whether the person who was driving will now be prosecuted. |
By:
There is not a facking chance this thread would have been posted if it hadn't been for the previous "racial profiling" incident.
By:
Nor would you be defending a young Mum who has somehow managed to pile up 29 points for driving offences.
By:
Backing up her claim by providing the evidence you prik when it was requested.
The appeal for clemency was the attempt to get the magistrate to look favourably on that fault by supplying information that had nothing to do with the charge. The thread is concerning a person in the public eye. There’s nothing racial in it. |
