correct HH , i never had many problems . the odd stutter here and there but the first at uttoxeter it was stuttering every 4 seconds or so . the last couple of races were ok |

The ones of us who had little problems with it before they changed it to the same format as the RTV layout have been roped back in, that's what I'm seeing anyway.

how many seconds is 'normal' behind 'live' from what you can tell Wesdag...?
1 sec... 2 secs... 3 secs... more than 3 secs...? when we were using ATR LV 18 months ago it was very stable and we were all just over 1 sec behind 'live'... i thought technology was about things getting better...? |

Why have different speed settings we should all be given one speed same for all and no freezing stuttering or fast catch up pictures if they can do it for one race they should do it for all very frustrating and completely out of order there can be no other explanation than someone’s making a lot of money at our expense

I've not even tried "normal" I assumed it would be ok for all on that lag, I'm on "low" and it is just about workable. but it is only OK if it works on "minimum".
Just looked at the last at Uttox..very roughly!!! Minimum 3.2 Low 2.5 Normal 1.4 ahead of Sky. |

Was'nt there a few people suggesting that Sky's pictures had possibly speeding up to account for the reduced time difference on the video from 5.1 to now 3.8 ish seconds. Well its clear in the final furlong that we are well behind the money. Havent felt this far behind for a very long time - unplayable in the final couple of furlongs.

That last race at Uttox was just like watching Benny Hill clips it was so bad you had to laugh the best bit is when they reach a fence it freezes once they have jumped it’s back do they really think we don’t know what’s going on pathetic

To be fair RTV is just as bad some courses are virtually impossible to get a bet on my top 3 on there 1 Catterick 2 Newmarket 3 Hamilton throw in most of the Scottish tracks we are not left much to make a pound or two shame how it’s gone as the markets are now so small

It’s been said in previous correspondence the commentary is not affected so you really don’t have to guess what’s going on every time there’s a fence to be jumped it freezes no doubt people controlling the live feed are canning it just don’t understand how those in charge at Betfair continue to let it happen as the markets are getting smaller and smaller and this must affect there profit levels surely I for one will be calling it a day it’s blatant robbery to the general public

I would say the video is now about 3.0 - 4.0 seconds behind live. I hope im wrong but thats how donny and newcaslte last night felt to me.
