'This looks a cracking race, which should go to Arthur's Secret.'

That isn't a tip? To suggest otherwise is just plain foolish.

As for imo what's the point? How many people post someone else's opinion?

I have no issue with anyone putting up a succession of short priced losers but with those losers should come a little humility.

tend to agree with first time poster that always siding with the first couple in the market in any type of racing is never going to lead to long term profits especially as the hunter chases nowadays are fairly poor in quality..as differentdrum says in the old days of quality hunters you may have had a chance with the likes of Credit Call etc

Double D - do you not think him backing it and losing his hard earned is enough humility?

Do you not find it refreshing that he gives detail into his selections and can engage in convo about them?

What do you want from a free online forum? Personally if I backed 10 out of 20 winners at 6/4 I wouldn’t be In a rush to stick them on here?

Imagine you you came on every day and there were ten tips with detailed descriptions to why you think they will win?

Where I would agree with you,

To me if you put something up it’s a tip yes.

personally, the majority of time i prefer to think they are peoples opinions. a tip for me would be info from a stable etc

koi likes PTP's and Hunters and follows both, imo he gives an opinion, others may read it differently but he cant really be blamed for the way these markets have gone, or how they are priced up.

I agree 100% with the dealer.

Koi is one of the good guys on this forum who puts his opinions on here about the days Hunter Chase, often the day before racing.

Those of you who knock him.......do you put your opinions up?..........pre race that is?

the sole issue i have isnt people disagreeing with me , indeed like todays race , one fancied the fav one ravished and me another , , i detail quite clearly that sausallito  ws a huge danger if it jumped , the subsequant comment after the race that the soft hexham fences ?? helped ,,, hmmm , but of course its easy after the race isnt it ,,,  As an aside to the hunter i pointed out that in the 400 teleprompter was fully expected but at 5/4 not a bet for me , it strolled home by 9lengths , if i was disingenuos i would say i lumped on and never had a moments doubt ,, But i said i wouldnt be punting it as too short ,  i didnt ,,, The question of is that a Tip or information i leave to you ,,,

i have a degree of honesty i suppose in that i dont guess really ,,, and i certainly dont guess after the race , that shows to my mind a degree of self doubt in how they punt themselves and their lack of decent results , I happy to be convised otherwise and simply ask that if they have anything valid to contribute , to other posts , or maybe if they feel they have anything to say of genuine value , lets hear it tomorrow ,,,

i said what i was punting today quite clearly , the horse lost ,,, the second one which i said was fancied big time  i didnt punt ,,

if i can be clear , why cant the nay sayers ,

More often than not Koi points out the winner. I have no problem backing his selection and on the odd occasion it loses. He is well in profit in my mind, and anyway you can't win 'em all!
