Royal Ascot Day 1
2.30 Barney Roy E/W :Looks to be heading back to his old self which was a decent group 1 horse. 3.05 Arizona :Very impressive in his last race should be bang there. 3.40 Blue Point NAP :Like his stable, Blue Point In Blistering Form this year and Ascot is his ideal track, Stand out claims. 4.20 Phoenix Of Spain NB :Bolted up in Ireland see no reason him not doing the job again, Serious Claims. 5.00 Mengli Khan E/W : They go a good clip should well be in the mix. 5.35 Addeybb E/W : will prefer this ground more and especially this track bold show expected. |

Oh Yes Oh Yes Oh Yes!!!!
Great start to the Royal Meeting with 3 winners on the opening Day. The Nap won cozy enough Regardless a couple of dumb formites think Battash should have won and his Jockey Jim Crowley gave the fav a bad ride, all his fault ![]() Anyway great to see Blue Point win again, it stood out like a sore thumb to me. A stiff 5F at Ascot is ideal. BOOOM ![]() Arizona dug in well and showed a good attitude to win The Coventry. Addeybb in this ground at Ascot was a knocking E/W bet in the end to round off a superb day. Barney Boy: never traveling. Phoenix of Spain: maybe bounced? but ran a poorly. Mengli Khan: only one paced. Time for a Celebration Beer! And Bring Day Two! |

Royal Ascot Day 2
Left the first race alone as it was a lottery or a Raffle. With Soft ground, winners could be hard to find today. But hope Ryan Moore can fire some in Today. 3.05 Norway: Always sweats in prelims but always stays on in eye catching style maybe today is his day. 3.40 Magical NB: Respect Waldgeist but do think the jolly is a worthy Fav on lateral Form. 4.20 I Can Fly Nap: Really caught the eye last time in Ireland and Montjeu's the Dam's sire used to like soft going. 5.00 Raising Sand E/W: Weather coming right has to be a big player for a horse that loves Ascot. 5.35 Rayong E/W: Open contest but think this will go well at a big price. |
|
By:
Tough Day n Knew it would be with the Soft condition's.
Some picks were placed but no winners. Frankie Dettori Always on good form At Ascot and is one of the best in the Business. Rayong the one to go in my tracker after been mullered when coming with a challenge after Heavy support. Roll on day 3 |

Royal Ascot Day 3
Frankie in Blistering Form as usual at Ascot. 4.20 Stradivarius NAP: Short price but outstanding claims and hopefully another flying dismount From Frankie coming up. |
|
By:
Frankie was superb on Stradivarius.
A Very good little horse ![]() 3.40 Masar NB: Should take all the beating n the long lay off is not a worry from this stable. 4.20 Blue Point Nap: Done me a good turn earlier in the week and see no reason to desert him, outstanding Claims again. 5.00 Danzeno E/W: Bolted up last time n with Frankie on board whats not to like. |
|
By:
Good start For Godolphin.
Pinatubo was impressive. Space blue up next ![]() |
|
By:
BOOM!!!
In Goes Blue Point !! What a horse. n what a champion. ![]() |
|
By:
Danzeno hit the frame. The Fav was well backed and bolted up.
Another Royal Ascot done n dusted. Highlights was Blue Point, Stradivarius and Frankie Dettori. |
|
By:
Happy Retirement Blue Point thanks for the cash
![]() Look fww to your off springs. |
|
By:
5.25 Pink Dogwood Nap: Getting weight for being a 3 year old might just do the trick, outstanding claims.
|
|
By:
Picked the wrong 3 year old, have to say PinkDog was very disappointing n really lets down the oaks form.
6.35 Eeh Bah Gum E/W: looks set to go close in this ultra competitive class 2 Handicap. 6.45 Naaharr NB: Backing a short price haggas always comes with risks but do think this nag really stands out of this mark. |
|
By:
Naaharr Hacks up you, wont find an easier winner......won like a 1/5 shot.
Very well backed too, take those 4/5 shots all day long. ![]() Eeh Bah Gum ran a blinder hitting 1.44 in running, especially as he was all by himself on the far side. He will pop in at some point. |

Fascinating Weekend of racing just gone.
Irish Derby of course in the limelight, Plenty of people on here are overreacting, its horse Racing n surprises come up all the time. I backed The jolly Anthony V.D. at 6/4 in a double with an earlier winner so not the result i was expecting. Both English Derby and Oaks form being let down. Anyway The Irish Derby winner clearly no Mug and it all dropped right for Sovereign and thats the way the cookie crumbles. Siskin really looks Very Very good and i would be troubled having to choose between Pinatubo n Siskin if they were to meet at some point which i hope does happen as that would be some race. Pinatubo if Gun to the Head at the moment but they both look very special 2y olds. Today: 2.00 Tricky Dicky Nap: In Rude Health, like his stable and it will take a good un to run him down. 7.00 Dew Pond NB: Back at this course Thought this horse should go well and the money has come for it this morning. |
|
By:
Pinza can you post the red spot in the 9.00 Catterick
tar |
|
By:
Tricky Dicky chinned on the line by a well handicapped sort.
Dew pond likewise also mugged close home, wonder what price that was in running? |
|
By:
9.00 South Sea Pearl Nap: A short price at around 5/4 but does stick out and should be tough to beat.
|
|
By:
Back with a winner Mat
![]() 1.01 Dew 1.48 Tricky |
|
By:
Yes Madhatters, South Sea Pearl bolts up. Take those all day long.
![]() The Betting was a bit weird as it drifted badly before the off which was a worrying sign. Ended up over 2/1 on BF yet 5/4 with the bookies. Anyway a good day at the office. As for the other day not surprised to see dew Pond trade at the minimum. |
|
By:
Mrs J Harrington Horses are in blistering form lately. Back them blind n you will win, sod the form her stable is Red Hot!
|
|
By:
6.35 Polydream Nap: one bookie offering 4/5 that will do he has outstanding claims and really ought to take this with the minimum of fuss. All Aboard!
|
|
By:
Sorry SHE has clear claims.
![]() |
|
By:
BOOM!
Dont get easier 4/5 shots......1.9 on the pmu even more of a gift in France. Won snugly ![]() Lumped on happy Days. |
|
By:
3.35 Sand Enable Nap: Another one that stands out like a sore thumb and even money is a gift, All Aboard Again!
|
|
By:
Boom!
These All Aboard Naps on here doing pretty good even if i say so myself ![]() What a filly Enable is, She is a cash machine. What a price she was at even's ![]() |
|
By:
What a Weekend!
Gosden n Frankie = Cash in the Bank. Enable n Too Darn Hot Kerchiiiiiinnnnggggg! ![]() Nobody does it better then Frankie, Simply the best! |
|
By:
3.15 Clon Coulis Nap: Stands out on Ascot form, plus CD form here she should be finishing with a rattle. Just Hope Jamie doesn't leave it to late as she is always ridden Spencer style.
|
|
By:
Should of known better, always risky napping Spencer. Stops a run of winning naps too.
Horse was disappointing and was expecting a much better effort. Newmarket today and i can see a few jollies going in. 1.50 Eagles By Day 2.25 Visinari Nap 3.00 Magical Wish E/W 3.35 Masar NB |
|
By:
So much for seeing a few Market leaders going in at HQ.
Looking at results around England and even France Bookies cleaned up yesterday. So many Fav's running Stinkers The form book was a waste of time yesterday. |
|
By:
3.35 Qabala Nap. Great Claims.
|
|
By:
Last time i will back Qabala clearly not as good as Roger.V thinks.
one of the first beat after an awkward start. The rail is the place to be as there looks to be a big advantage. This July Meeting a bookies benefit. Stick to Wimbledon and enjoying the Tennis. My man Novak looking good. Rafa 1.8 looks great value to me had him more like 1.3 in my book Be very surprised if the Spaniard loses v the old Man Roger F. All Aboard! |
|
By:
pinza has thrown-in the towel
or hes still catching up on reults |
|
By:
Not sure Roadrunner he is very quite on here.
He is a retired police man after all and probably enjoying his Family, Garden and Golden Years. For Pinza Racing is a hobby rather then trying to Bash the Bookies. Roger.F maybe in his golden years in terms of tennis but he truly played some awesome tennis yesterday v Nadal. Got that completely wrong. My Picks today: 4.00 Beat The Bank Nap 1.50 Light Blush 2.55 Kings Command 4.40 Advertise NB |
|
By:
A Couple of winners today! 2/4
Normally go Boom as The Nap does the Biz but Sad to hear this Good horse has been put down. Done me a few good turns at this level and always showed a battling attitude. SDS was superb there. So a bit of a downer. But At least he went out on a high as a winner. NB ran into a good un today in Ten Sovereigns. |

Wimbledon Final Today.
Love the Game myself Along with Football and Horse Racing. Novak will win but If Roger does somehow pull it off i'll be the first to clap as he is one of the greatest player ever to grace this sport. Lets hope its an awesome final! On the Horses Tips coming up later. Do think the Big race in France Japan to short in the market. |
|
By:
What a Tennis Final that was!
My man Novak is da man pure and simple! A thumbs up to Roger as well he was awesome too! Two Great Warriors sensational afternoon of tennis. No time for Racing with the tennis though i did have an e/w bet on slalom as i couldn't have the winner Japan at that price. |
|
By:
8.10 Allux Boy Nap: at 2/1 one of the better jollies running today. Strong Claims and should up to taking this.
|
|
By:
