Has he ever ridden a decent race on that horse? Why ride it like a non-stayer?
By:
good race riding from the winner - seemed to edge out slightly when challenged and stopped some of OOSG momentum.

look listen he was a world beater earlier not so sure now
By:
Absolutely no reason why Order Of St George was left to make up so much ground in a short straight.
By:
Can't blame the horse for that one, Moore got it wrong...just
By:
Moore is always gonna get winners because the rides he gets, but he should get a lot more. Rides so many horses the same way whatever the distance, some win but a lot more lose that should win.
By:
Just heard Moore wants to race Bolt and give him a 20yard start

By:
How did manage to lose that race - take a position one horse further up the field and he would have won handy

If Spencer did that the outcry would be heard on the moon
By:
he's a numpty
By:
Stevie Wonder would have done better
By:
Can we have an interview with Moore please

By:
Agree with the mover. No involvement here, but one rode a perfect race and one nearly did so. If he'd got up you'd say the same thing.
By:
Here we go, Murtagh wont say anything
By:
that would be good he's a miserable so and so when he wins love to see him when he loses
By:
poor ryan moore, his horse had a bad draw

By:
My take on it is: OOSG got there to win the race and had the momentum, but it was as though he wanted to stop and give the Big O as a kiss

Always blows it when i back his hot pots.

By:
Order of the Garter + Order of St George
Same rides = same results. |
By:
Murtagh would have won 3 lengths . Moore makes far to many errors. The greats make less mistakes than their counterparts.
Frankie rode a superb race on the Fav in the Arc last year up front. if he wasnt happy with the draw he should have done something about it on a horse that had the class speed and stamina to put the race to bed. Too cocky/arrogant?? |
By:
even if he had had one it would have been a bad ride as a horse can only take so many races having the guts run out of it......if he had sat within 5 lengths OSG gets a nice easy race
By:
George the winner came off the rail. It was just enough to check the seconds momentum.
By:
WON
By:
RYAN SHOULD RIDE NO MORE .....SIMPLE the 1st time he tried to bring the horse out was the moment he lost that race and the ride on Churchill the other day was worst ride seen for a bit but yet if it was any 1 else they would be called in
By:
doant, I saw that, but look at the angle of OOSG's head, for a sec I thought he was going to do an 'Arcadian Heights'!
By:
Previous Coolmore jockeys, Kinane, Fallon and Murtagh were all better than Moore.
By:
Moore delivered the horse perfectly, the winner just picked up again. imo
By:
Well done the ITV presenters, they said it as it was.
By:
"Moore delivered the horse perfectly" Bull. Giving a stayallday hoss that much rope was absurd.
By:
Nobody does the closing second quite like Moore. Both horses ran epic races -but OOSG had a mammoth task trying to make about 6 lengths in the straight from 8 horses wide.
By:
Hope you are not are not including Murtagh who offered 'what more could he have done?' Total clown.
By:
You would hope equine flew is just fishing.
By:
Weaver has been superb on ITV.
Basically said that Moore should have won. |
By:
he had to do too much running between 5 to 2 out just to get close for no reason at all the horse ran amazing considering the position the jockey put him in
By:
Anyone hazard a guess as to who might win the next race?
By:
By:
Pish poor. Thought he was on **** but that horse ain't no ****
