They do show the prize money on their cards and in the results.
You have to click - 'show more' under the race title. |
By:
They are responding to feedback on twitter...
By:
^^They've got some cheek.

Cheers Facts and Choniac...will do

It takes the heat off the new racingpost site.
For the moment anyway. |

Utter sheite!
Another upgrade equals ANOTHER DOWNGRADE Sack all website designers, and the people who approve their designs. UTTER SHEITE! |
By:
no trip notes for previous runs as far as i can see, ffs.
By:
what is the point in upgrading if you are going to omit what is clearly being used on the old site
By:
A website called www.sportinglive.co.uk is still presenting the old website exactly as it was.

GWiz

Duffy, I thought it might be scraper site. But the domain is Sky UK Limited. No doubt it will get the "upgrade" treatment by the morning!
Domain name: sportinglive.co.uk Registrant: Sky UK Limited Registrant type: UK Limited Company, (Company number: 2906991) Registrant's address: Grant Way, Isleworth Middlesex EN TW7 5QD United Kingdom Data validation: Nominet was able to match the registrant's name and address against a 3rd party data source on 02-Jun-2016 |

gwiz you should be knighted
proper site showing updated going for sedgey meanwhile the new crock of sh1te still showing it as good to soft-good in places ![]() |
By:
I can find v little wrong with the old site
its tragic how some people justify their existence by ditching a perfectly good site and replacing it with a pile of crap |
By:
So are they going to maintain the two sites?
By:
Actually whilst I am fed up with these so called upgrades I only use the SL webite for a couple of things and one of those - Fast Results - has improved.
Much more cocerned about RP |
By:
Would be a bit better if they still showed the whole racecard as before, looks a mess the way it is now, shame. Iwouldnt pay a tanner for the new format to be honest, the old one seemed okay to me.
By:
The new site isn't much good for form study.
You can't read the comments, going or weight carried without opening up the race. They don't even distinguish between turf and AW on the list page. As for the betting moves they don't give them at all. |
By:
We're working as hard as sheite to restore it to something like what it used to be!
Fück off with your unfinished, unprofessional, sheite! https://www.sportinglife.com/racing/news/new-site-info-and-feedback/37265 |

why cant these tech **** just **** off , creating jobs for this work when no need , see the race results on bbc site on mobile fuked too , before you could just scroll down and get all results with all details now you have to go into every meet and they dont even give the trainer of the winner, talk bout dumbing down , why tamper when not broke , this idiots are absolute clowns , improvements my ass
By:
They switched the .com link to the new site and put the old site under co.uk.
That makes everybody who entered using the old link at least know it's there. I wonder how they feel about the reaction to the new site? |
By:
two bob.
can't see the text. |
By:
Don't worry if your selection has not finished a race in its previous runs, ie F.P.B,U etc etc
These runs do not appear in the horse ' lifetime firm' record. Unbelievable. !!! Who the hell is responsible for the design of this farce of a site.? |
By:
Top Man gwiz
Absolutely. Although with five posts in fifteen years, he's probably from Sporting Life and might be the bloke responsible for the changeover. No offence intended if he is. |

Thanks GWiz.

Dr Crippen -
Are you saying that you (somehow) get re-directed (or offered a re-direction) from the NEW site to sportingLIVE? I just get the NEW site on sportinglife.com - and cannot see any Link, or message. Or, are you just making an assumption? ------------------ I was just about to post that ... Surely, IF they actually DO have any brains - by monitoring and comparing the TRAFFIC/HITS to the 'face-saving' sportingLIVE (original) site against the catastrophic NEW sportingliFe site - they would surely see that practically EVERYBODY will be visiting, and using, the (old) LIVE site - whilst NOBODY will be even attempting to look at the NEW debacle. However - I cannot see how less initiated punters than the sharper monitors on here can actually KNOW about sportingLIVE. Can you clarify, please ... "That makes everybody who entered using the old link at least know it's there." ------------------ It looks like they have launched, or had to, this sportingLIVE site in response to the overwhelming negative feedback that they will have received - and also, perhaps, as a consequence of reading this thread. They have made Gerald Ratner look like an absolute amateur, with their undeniable c0ck-up. |

onlooker,
I've had a link in my favourites to the SL old site for ages. Today after I clicked it, I found the new site had taken its place. Then I was told I could find the old site under co.uk instead of .com. |
By:
The link to the old site can be found above, 9 posts from the top of the page.
By:
It's called Sportinglive.co.uk
So they've changed the name as well. |
By:
my favourite website has been ruined! it wasn't broke so why fix it? visually it looks horrendous, my eyes can't adjust to anything on there. It looks like it's been built for a mobile phone or pad, definitely made to be viewed on a portrait screen
By:
Just used the link
, it will no doubt not last long , as it shows up their dog t@rd of a new site. They have traded in a rolls royce for a wheelie bin. |
By:
real shame this... it is horrible, the football site has gone ffs
By:
Dr Crippen - You have not answered my question, though.
Your post ... Dr Crippen 23 Feb 17 17:39 They switched the .com link to the new site and put the old site under co.uk. That makes everybody who entered using the old link at least know it's there. ------------- That intimates that people entering sportinglife.com (now in it's NEW style) - sees an announcement that the old site is available on sportingLIVE. Like yourself - I accessed sportinglife.com on a daily basis, from a BOOKMARK - aswell as subscribing to RacingPost.com. But I cannot see ANYTHING on sportinglife.com telling me about sportingLIVE. If there is - as you INTIMATE - then where is it? ... Not for my benefit - as I have been looking at sportingLIVE ever since it was posted on here - But, as I posted earlier - for, "the less initiated" - they being the vast majority of users who will not even be aware of this thread. |
By:
There isn't a link. Why the issue with this ?
To get to the old site uou now know it's www.sportinglive.co.uk That should be knowledge enough, surely ! |
