What a shower of s***! Another perfectly useable website upgraded to 'improve' things. Quite obviously poor or very little testing pre-launch, no Full Results at all in the racing section, no search facility. Garbage, but no doubt we'll end up testing it for them and it might work as it used to within about 3 months. I love it how these racing websites always seem to want to 'go-live' with a f***** up new product a week or two before Cheltenham!!!

And you can't even contact them as their Contact Us e-mail address (feedback@sportinglife.com) just bounces!
However, the Postmaster reply comes from postmaster@skybettingandgaming.com, so I've e-mailed feedback@skybettingandgaming.com and that hasn't been bounced as yet, although there's probably nobody monitoring that mailbox? Perhaps bombard them with all the issues and then they'll realise what a mess they've made! |

The best site for football (Statto.com) is now a shambles. Results missing so everything else is wrong.
One team (Hayes and Yeading) have only played 2 games this season. All the others have been missed. Amazing |

Yesterday,the site repeatedly kept ' crashing/freezing ' on my iPad, making it almost unusable.

Ok just clicked on to the new site. What an absolute abortion !
Slow, clunky with text and design designed for children ! The immediate issue for me is that'll the racecard, I can't see against a horses name , whether it's a Course and/or Distance runner. Am I missing something ? This is basic ,fundamental information required to be there at a glance, along with days since last tun, and weight to be carried. The previous site was brilliant, always used it in preference to the Racing Post site ( even before that also was horrifically redesigned). As previously mentioned, why oh why do ' they ' think something has to be changed. The old adage always resonated with me, ' if it ain't broke why fix it ' . And who designs these layouts, anybody who bets ? I think not. The new site is dreadful, not ' user friendly' whatsoever. |

the only thing sportinglife was useful for was video replays, their cards have never been as good as racingpost
their new results pages are terrible but once videos is working again who cares |

First thing I used to do was go through the FAST cards but where are they!!! It's s h i t e and should go back to old one until they can do an upgrade what doesn't miss anything from the last one!! How hard can that be???

Can't see any racecards
This site used to be so great, spoiled a bit a few years ago, why do they do this ?! Could anybody recommend an alternative that shows no. of runners and race type, please ?? |

How long before video form up and running. They were obviously desperate to launch before Cheltenham and took a chance with this half baked 'upgrade' they have shot themselves in the foot bigtime.

clacton - i so agree with your remarks re sportlife and racing post sites. if it ain't broke, don't fix it. and i've no lost my horses out of my stable, they said they were going to send out a warning but i didn't receive one.
