bf maniac (Gary)
He had ratings based upon 3 years of study

I think he went in too early as 3 years isn't enough
Probably got enough data by now as it's probably 3 years since he posted
and no doubt wiser

That's if he stuck with it!
Got a lock of flack on here.

I liked his posts. Having said that we all have to accept the fact that sadly some of these posters mentioned may have passed on.

Jonesy1234 was funny, moved to a more cerebral forum, which is odd, as his main contribution on here was yelling "hairy pie".

There was another chap, can't remember his full name but it began with Captain, General or some other high rank.

He was old school and was kind enough to answer my question re: the nearest racecourse to Luton airport. Could google but can't remember the answer now. Said he would meet up with me if I made the journey from Aberdeen. Helluva nice bloke and Huntingdon springs to mind although I may be way off the mark there.

I think there was a Lord Newbury, but not sure.
By:

When: 12 Apr 16 21:30
No, that wasn't him saddo. It was rank not title but Lord Newbury seems to ring a bell.

You have to remember, a lot of people came on here thinking they would be successful bookies without taking into account the 100% book.

(including myself I may add) I soon leared the error of my ways and went back to what I know best....the form book and a half decent educaction from my mentor.
