purple often have higher volumes on events and races than here .remember a lot of bookies use it for hedging etc..all the irish boys use it on track.it will soon be bigger than here for sure..

This is the first day I have been unable to access the old site, cant belive we have been forced into using this new nonsense. The new site is completely alien to me and I hate it and will probably restrict my betting accordingly as I feel errors will now cost me losses I would have incurred on the old site. Absolutely disgusted with Betfair, and if I can transfer to **** or similar I certainly will unless the old site option is returned.

I have found a word to describe the betfair reaction to the new site.
They are DISINGENUOUS.(they know themselves that the new site is no good,but pretend they are surprised by the reaction by the vast majority of their punters) Come on betfair put back the old site,and stop messing around. We the punters deserve better service. |

New site is incredibly poor. Old site far simpler and quicker.It's a no brainer. I believe Betfair know that really. In the long run it would be simpler , and business wise, "A very good move", if they at least left the old site for those who want it! Is it not the case already? We are using two sites now! Leave it that way! Happy customers make for healthy and lucrative trading. Giving the customer what they want is surely the way to increase profits. Betfair, you have a great product already. Don't force change simply for the hell of it. Original Coca Cola is still the best around! They seem to have done alright!

I can still get the old site but it is deteriorating quickly. No numbers,no colours. Whether that's intentional or not I don't know. I mainly play US racing and trying to bet on that without numbers is almost impossible so I spent an evening trying to find the good points of the new site. What are they ? Hmmm. Well I suppose it works after a fashion but it's slow to load,the colours are awful,I can't find my balance displayed,and the open bets thingy jumps around most disconcertingly. Unusually I had nightmares last night. Probably a coincidence but......

Go to more options tag above runners Salmon & then tick Display race card options to get back colours & racecard numbers

Sorry pumphol. Yes I have got them back on the old site by playing around with the options tag. I haven't got the colours for the US stuff but you never did. Don't really need them because the Yanks colour-code their racecloths.

I daren't even try switching sites. I prefer to use Firefox and the link given above works but if you switch to the new site you can't get back to the old site without having to put the link back in.
On Chrome,which I rarely use googling the exchange takes you to the new site but the old site option is still there. That works for the moment. |

I have no problem getting to the old multiple site using firefox by either clicking onto multiples or bsp multiples but the singles markets win or place are slow and the fact your balance is hidden is amateurish in the extreme.
Not sure what their long term aim is but if it was up to me I would keep the old site and add a few of the ideas from the new site and then drop the newer site from a great height wrapped around the heads of those who thought it was a good idea, they could then claim job done. |

eyes going funny already in half hour of new site wtf and like racing view bigger and seeing yellow make me ill and it looks like someone being sick on the floor with those bright stuff while old is on cool and chillout blue
