Sam, have you been on here before under a different name? There is something familiar about your style of posting.
The reason it seems hard to believe you are correct virtually 100% of the time is because there are so many factors that influence prices, the main one is people that know something about a particular horse that effects all the prices. |

sam There are people on here who have been doing this for many years and making a living at it. To get 100 trades go your way in a row would be very good going,a 1000 is just total bolloxs.
I'm a backer and layer so can't be doing with all this trading,but I know a few that do and 1000 in a row is just not doable |

Christ even the most experienced and professional traders on here couldn't hit that many in a row, and you've been doing how long Sam, a year?, I get some people pick it up quickly but its not possible to hit that many in a row imo. |

TRD, people who trade back and lay as well, they just do it in the same race

There's a few ways of trading though, some will sit there and trade on the same horse to then "green up", some just back a horse knowing its going to come in and then lay it slightly shorter for the same amount they backed it at, basically following the money in and then getting out. I prefer the latter if I'm doing it somedays, as it gives me a buzz knowing I've got a "free bet"

This is surely the reason why no-one in their wildest dreams could get near 1000 winning trades in a row! I have been betting on racing for over 15 years (successfully for 5 or 6) and trading bits and bobs for the last five. I know we all think we are better race readers than we probably are, but I know, even when I get things wrong, I am not a mug when it comes to assessing value. Every now and again, horses move against you in the market for no conceivable reason other than someone knows something that the unconnected race reader cannot possibly know. They often disappoint, too, which means there is no sense in backing them late, but ignoring the move inevitably leaves you in a bad trading position. I'm curious to hear how the OP managed to negate this phenomenon as he/she stuck 1000 winning trades together... By the way, if you can put that winning run together (and make around 400 quid on nine trades, I wouldn't be too concerned about your spiraling University position)... |

good luck to you. About 4 years ago I developed a "system" and made £25k in 4 months and then lost it all in 2 months - betting to win. I then spent the next 3 years working on a lay "system" ... I have worked out the logical weakness in the pricing of some horses and use this to make my lay selections. 97% accurate and prices under 10. I think I've got it right this time! Not a trader - very scary given the volatility in some markets - but again, good luck to you. |

People with half a brain don't want to work the "man", the man being the government, the corporations, anyone with half a brain know how the bastards work and its not nice. I feel for the poor suc kers having their pants pulled down and being fu cked, and they have to do it with a smile on their faces. Sam, if you look at your Premium Charge portal it will show you exactly how many markets. Will also show how much PC you have paid. But you would know that wouldn't you?
