Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of the horse and backed him last time out where he won (despite not being fully wound up IMO). He's bound to come on for that, has gears and stays 10 furlongs well.

I just think he's a little too short @ 1.3 in a race of his calibre.

The Grey Gatsby was a shade unlucky LTO when getting caught it the back in a slowly run race. He only finished 2 lengths behind Australia and was probably value for a bit better than that.

Mukhradam disappointed that day when he pulled too hard, but has a pacemaker here who'll ensure it's a true championship gallop which will help him settle. The horse doesn't have Australia's turn of foot, but you can guarantee he'll gallop all day.

Al Kazeem doesn't look a significantly poorer horse than last year in my eyes, he sorely needed his first run and looked pretty unfit LTO when just holding True Story off. He'll much fitter today and should run well.

Trading Leather will help ensure an honest test.

To my mind, Oz is all about the way he travels and his change of gear, and I think this race is likely to be an end-to-end gallop. He'll still probably win, but I make him a 5/6 shot here, rather than a 1/3 one so for that reason he's gotta be a lay.

GL whatever way you play.

I would love a bit of 5/6.

Agree 1/3 is short, but 5/6 is way too big. 2/5 4/9 ish for me.

Prefer the Grey Gatsby at 2.6 on here to follow him home.

I've layed Australia today, doesn't deserve to be 1.3 against this field on what he's done so far ... just hope it's a true run race to properly test him unlike in the International

As I say, I see him as being a 50-55% chance here hence my lay. Perhaps my book would be slightly off, but that's how you make money; exploiting "wrong" prices. There's no way in my mind that he's a 75-80% cert here.

looks quite a soft Group 1 to me

It is soft but you cant get much shorter than 1/3 in this type of race, still a couple of group 1 horses in the race.

O'Brien as just ruined a perfect record with a stupid ride simple as that, say what you want about it but the better horse didn't win FACT, poor ride, too wide and then went too soon, the fat irish puff.

how was that a great ride by moore out paced shoving from 6 out,he either rode it out or got off,all credit to the horse and the jockey just had to keep on shoving

An awful ride that definitely lost the race.
