A shame we had to lose nusantara so soon ... always a great competitor. Hard luck mr n.  Still, he does leave the race with a shiny bronze medal and a respectable profit of nealy £6. So well done!  Down to the final two! Aquarius led the way by recognising that Omid would be ohmy what a loser at 4.39.  I'm sure china castle will not let his five stars blind him to the dangers of a tough competitor. A great contest and may the best layer win! Thanks China Castle,A record of no wins in 21 races, a 49 rated maiden having finished last of 11 in a handicap last time out. Quite why it was 9/2 in that race,I will never know. You begin to worry that someone knew something that was not known to the general public, but certainly with the benefit of hindsight, apparently not. Hopefully there are a few more like that one over the next few days.

Nice one guys. You've made 10 fences already and as you can see skinto is overjoyed! Aquarius led the way again, knowing Redalani needed a red line drawn through it at 6.14. china castle decided to drift out to nearly 11 ... seems to be taking over from another of our company who has now gone straight! As our resident sage and onion said, you couldn't make it up. All china castle had to do was pick one more loser, knowing it would guarantee him gold. Instead, he too fell at the 11th. But was china being extra canny, knowing that even if he fell he would win if he picked at the right price? I don't know. But I do know he picks up the golden gong for ending with the biggest profit. So very well done china - six golds now, just one behind our holy lady of the layers. Hard luck to Aquarius, who put in another dogged effort.  Still, he picks up a shiny silver medal and a modest profit so well done for that.  And congrats again to our bronze medalist nusantara. Again, not a very long race, and don't even bother to look at the bottom line. Wonder when we're going to have another marathon? Seems to be getting increasingly difficult.
