Regarding the 2.45 @Meydan. If race is re-run all pre-play bets will stand but Fox Hunt shall be declared NR & Rule 4 will apply.

Race will return to pre In-Play state with all In-Play bets voided. Fox Hunt will be declared a Non Runner and Rule 4 applied to the market.

I agree with all the people saying it's a r4 and in-play bets voided if there's a re-run today but it's interesting if ATR really are saying the official status is race abandoned.
"If a race is abandoned or otherwise declared void, or in the event of a walkover, all bets on that race will be void" The words used to express the status of the race are important. Also, although it's completely obvious that in-running bets should be voided I can't see anything about it in the rules. |

last time something like this happened all bets stood and carried over into the rerun race. no idea what they'd do to Fox Hunt bets...but I'd suspect if you backed it then you've lost (sadly).

I've got my fox hunt in running bet finally refunded as someone clearly layed it as soon as it fell so I would think that all bets are going to be refunded and a new market opened if they re run the event.

in-running bets have not been voided. How can an in-running bet form a totally different race scenario be carried forward from an abandoned race?

According to BF all in-running bets will be refunded. Maybe yours are still being processed.
