Refunded in run lay 20 mins ago, refunded in run back just now........Happy but astounded they could not let us all know sooner what would happen.........very poor customer service.....but like you lifers have said...it is the norm?

Betfair generate so much ill feeling by not using the forum properly. Even a holding post saying they are thinking about what to do would be better than nothing. It happens regularly over all sports and poker.

Very unlucky to all involved.
BF has made the right call but why did it take so long even after it was rescheduled to run later? Just fortunate I did have a bet as it would've tied my bank up for 3 hours! Not what you need on a busy Saturday. |
