The money banked over the past 3 Arcs are enough to fund a losing few years layboy. If the Japanese horse won it would be good for racing and no complaints from this quarter.
As for WF this year you seem to to the sort who reads the form book and discards other crucial factors. The Arc and Derby are average every year according to many, usually those that lose money in them.nap[;)] |

Oh another I win all the time poster, sorry I'm not worthy, and I do believe you. Your the best I don't know what I was thinking. Workforce right I'm on because this bloke says he wins all the time, thats unusual on here. Incidentally if you win all the time and have so much money why are you on this forum everyday 24/7, seems a waste of time being so successful?

24/7 layboy?
Btw I take it you havent read the pre-race threads over the years, usually starting 3 months in advance. And pray where have I said I win all the time? I think molerat has proved to be more reliable than most.nap [;)] |

BTW Your post also proves you know little of anything or anyone on the Forum.[;)]

I do like the French three year old fillies being the best generation 'angle' Layboy. So will be backing Galikova on the day.

Christophe Soumillon ban upheld,no racing for him over Arc weekend.

i would be more interested in Golden Lilac who did not run her race lto for one reason or another!!! i think shes the best 3yr filly in franc and would have a serious chance if she lined up!!
beat galikova easily over 11f at chantilly. nice horsie! |
|
By:
Fair enough ILWAB but won prix de diane over 10.5 f and Galikova running on very strongly at finish imo better of the two over 12f. No sign that GL is heading for the Arc. You can have 500/1+ on here

Molerat has some news regarding Workforce which the media do not seem to be interested in for some reason.
The horse had a racecourse gallop yesterday morning at Sandown under his big race rider Ryan Moore. The gallop was a great indicator of WFs wellbeing if anyone was in doubt regarding the molerats updates. He is bang on track for Longchamp, the Racing Post may find the time to let you know sometime today.[;)] ![]() |

think i will back 2-3 in the race, looks significant that a .fabre has supplemented meandre for the race must have been more than happy with the last run and is a big price so will start backing him now .also workforce is still a fair price , derby in record time and also won an arc so has to be high on the list.

I wish you hadnt said that FW,pruned from my shortlist so that I wouldnt be spreading bets too thin.Trouble is I agree with everyone who has expressed the same as you.Might have to bite the bullet and have a bit on.[;)]

Apologies to Racing Post, they did report on it.[smiley:crazy][smiley:crazy]

By:
well hes a decent price so you wont have to have to put too much on ........to be honest i was not that impressed by his last run ,but it was only a trial and connections must have happy with the run to justify supplementing , i may be wide of the mark but it must cost a good few quid to supplement and they must be confident of at least a place imo.
|
|
By:
I think you are on the right track FW,he wouldnt have supplemented if that run was a disappointment. Not many,if any better trainers or judges.

Any real racing fans apart from Greig left on the forum outside of ryan et al?

only two in my portfolio so far
nathaniel and danedream if it comes u soft cant see the winner being any other than one of these |
|
By:
WF likes soft so do Reliable Man and several others.
So far so good, going is looking good at Longchamp,no excuses. [;)] |
|
By:
This is to all those who shout a load of shyte.LONGCHAMP is not a heavy/soft going track.
The ground has not been "boggy" since Sakhee. HTH you groundhogs.[;)] ![]() |

Come on you guys, days to go.
Will be in the hotel Thursday and walking the course early Friday before lunch. WF was well and gleaming in his coat this morning.[;)] |
|
By:
Galikova all the way, the more front runners the better, its now racing at the distance the horse was screaming out for 1m 4f, won her last race easy going away and you can excuse her 3 runs back when she was in season and still finished off her race well...
then with the winnings lump on her sister Goldikova to win at the breeders cup, yet again[;)] |

Looks like Nathaniel will be a non-runner as it is set fair in France for the next few days at least.
![]() For what it is worth I do not believe that he has to have soft ground. |
|
By:
With 25 or so runners, the draw is going to make it nigh impossible for half the field to win !!
When is the draw made ? |
|
By:
Looking at the drift dunlaying it does look ominous, shame for his backers if he doesnt go.The track will be well watered if it looked like being any firmer than good so I dont see why he shouldnt run on ground considerations.Certainly doesnt appear to need soft.
|
|
By:
So You Think has the necessary class and star appeal required to win a race of this stature imo.
Been crying out for 12furlongs whole season. I think he'll perform better over the trip. |
|
By:
It looks like he will run his race to the lb Gooner so he should be right in the mix.
But is there a chance Treasure Beach could join him?If the ground is fast it would suit Treasure Beach to a T! I just hope that Mr Gosden does not keep everyone waiting for his decision as to whether Nathaniel runs or not. |
