good morning.
Ruby crown 4.35 sed
after looking in trouble last time, came back on bit and fairly sprinted up towc hill putting a good distance between himself and the rest quite quickly. seems to be improving and 7lb is fair.
Of the rest symphonica is a nr,prioryjo and samizdat(better suited by todays trip) are closely matched in selling hur. form.
At around 9/4 would expect ruby crown to outclass these.
Rothesay dancer 4.25 ayr
4th in a seller last time and two poor runs before that.Nothing to recommend him on face value, however seems to pop up now and again and off bottom weight, fair course and distance form worth a small punt ew at around 12,s
Wd bbj and mepoor yesterday.
gl today,looks tough.

Anyway [smiley:crazy].. Third selection is Favours Brave at 9/4 in the 14:20 Novice hurdle at Sedgefield. Really unlucky to get beat by a previous selection (Rubipresent) LTO. O'Regan only went for his whip on FB after Rubi had flown by from the clouds, Al Qeddaaf (125 rated, although flattered imo) was back in 3rd.. FB now rated 117 (Crazy too).
Point is that the fav Pyracantha is only rated 114, and has to give the selection 11lb. If this was a HC, the selection would be giving Pyracantha 3lb. Yet the selection is proven on the quicker ground, and is 9/4 as opposed to 11/10. Easy Choice, in what looks a two horse race. GL

Have played Wee Forbees in that race Lapsy Pa at 8/1.. this horse is always well backed, he's just got to be showing something of his old form at home, so well HC'ed if doing so. GL with Ruby Crown, one of the few horses going up in the ratings in that race Laugh

Do you know what the Dutch lineup is like though?
By:
drdirty
When: 26 May 10 14:51
Playing fringe players who need to impress to get in line up, mexico will want to get through the game injury free, so wont be flying  into tackles 7/10 seems perfectly fair to me ryan.
By:
RyanWe
When: 26 May 10 14:57
Well I guess the same applies to the Mexico side, surely the players from monday won't be playing too?! So gets rid of good players like vela etc. Well 7/10 is obviously decent as only 1.6 on the exchanges.

7. 45 Sandown.  Sir Michael Stoute has aimed some of his best horses at this race. Since 2003, Maraahel, North Light, Papal Bull, Conduit and Notnowcato have all run in this race.
Glass Harmonium has so far only won a Listed and Group 3.  Lightly raced and still relatively unexposed, his last win in a Group 3 came at Sandown on his reappearance.  It is likely that he has improved for that run.  If he is to live upto his fancy Group 1 entries he will need to go close in this race.

Lol shocking day here, been a rubbish few days though. Can't win every day, just have to take the knocks. Was looking forward to the card at Sandown tomorrow too.. but nothing is standing out.

Was thinking about playing Glass Harmonium at 5/2 WDW, but now that it's gone 9/4 just feel like I'm losing that value.

A silly stat is Clazaghe 2.10 Brighton.  The combination of Jim Best/Paul Doe at Brighton are 83% or 5 from 6 since 2003.  Choreography won 3 times in 2008, My Les, and Hypnotic won in 2009.  Choreography was the loser in 2009.
Calzaghe's hurdle rating was raised 30lbs this winter, but his flat rating has been dropped 6lbs following his run at Yarmouth and he is dropped half a mile in distance tomorrow.  The stable are reknown for plots.  Is this one?

i know stoute is the man and does have habit of bringing them on like this to end up top group horses, but i feel that this time he might have just meet his match in sri putra, who i feel could be a top horse and going on from here himself, if he beats this with glass harmonium it will be special.

Wolves 3.00 with La Zamora now a non runner Wasmi could spring a bit of a surprise back on the all weather.  The competiton may have been a bit too hot in her last race of 2009, but had won twice over Kempton's 6f.  Likely favourite Mainstay could be anything, but Wasmi has won over course and distance, is down in class and the trainer jockey combination are 80% -4 from 5- in handicaps at Wolverhampton.
