Hello oneyall, I used to enjoy this place, spent most of college with the forum open on the laptop but once I finished up just didnt have the time nor the will to post anymore.
Its full of 'characters', but sadly not much craic. Any decent thread on here quickly gets shot down and destroyed, I still pop in now and again as u might see but post v rarely The sad truth is most love to see people fail on here and cant wait to tell them how much of a 'MUG' someone is so I'd rather step back for that kind of environment and I would advise anyone else to do so. The forum is full of my d!ck is bigger than yours, aftertimers and jockey bashing threads. Same ol people complaining, 90% of them cannot fathom how a 4/7 shot can possibly get beat and when it does I dont need to tell u what happens  and always the same people, so i just got bored really.Still punting, love the sport but not so interested in the forum, too many cliques and not enough debate, the bad guys won. If you want to back winners my friend, don't read this forum. And remember, the steady drip fills the bucket. Discipline, level stakes and just a small bit of homework, get a feel for how it'll be run and you're half way there. Gl mate  |

a really good thread is it really over 12 years old ? time flys ,a blast from the past when racing was the main focus and good priced selections put up with reasoning and without fear of angst if they were beaten , and plenty of big priced winners put up . obviously most of these guys no longer on the forum but would imagine a fair few look in now and then . could this thread be revived and brought back to something like its former glory ? doubtfull but could be worth a try ? i would be willing to stick one or 2 up every now and again for what its worth to stoke the embers .
