This thread began as a useful examination of the media/bookmaker collusion involving Mr Cunningham rightly or wrongly. It is not about tipsters

punter phones bookie " i'd like 200ew horse x 7/2 best odds guaranteed"

operative " yes that is 7/2 i'll have to go ask the traders"

punter "ok"

trader " tell him to fk off"

operative " sorry sir the trader said you can have 25 win at 7-2 the rest at sp win only"

punter " ffs"

operative "no trading decision sir"

punter " no thanks"

This thread is about whatever is wants to be about, joshuag. Currently, it is about what tipping line you run, and why you don't want to tell us.

it would take a brave tipster to reveal that imo , need to wait till the monthly profit goes black , then his minions will be sent out to every forum in the land with news of a messiah

it might have been more "useful" if you had avoided using a word like "parasite" or at the very least clarified much earlier who it was being directed at.

perhaps you and Graham could merge your sites to increase profitability? Perhaps BetParasite.com would be a good idea?..............

You've let yourself down, joshuag. We all feel for you, wriggling and squirming your way out of a situation you have created for yourself. It is a shame, but there you go. You will be forever known as the man too ashamed to name his own tipping service.

I doubt he's Alex Gorrie, Bellamy Road. He was the MASTER of self-publicity.

I wonder where running a tipping line falls in jobs worth, for instance i'd say a tipping line is better employment than a pro mugger, but is it behind an estate agent,or a tax collector.

Could anybody place where such employment falls,i wonder.

Zebadi

Every day of your life you are paying a tipster, he invests your pension for you. The trouble is he chooses you whereas those that show due care are in a position to choose there own betting financial advisor when it come to horse racing. Of course if you have the time and skill to do it yourself then good on you.

Re zebadi...

In my opinion tipping lines could fall beetween loan sharking as the interest rates are quite comparable , and say a circus clown who to the outside world is one thing where in reality is quite another .

Joshuag - Soon prominent and going well until challenged, tried to run out,**ed jaw, tried to bite rival, veered left and right and weakened rapidly. Finished distressed.

Yifter - broke poorly, under pressure early, ridden along, lost place on bend, ran on for pressure, veered and ran off course into stables; last seen being driven home in the back with his goat.

Good tipping lines have tipsters who are known and indeed communictae with their clients, more than you will get from Aviva. Listen guys I know 4 or 5 very good lines who make good profits for their clients. If you dont need them then I am happy for you but if you are not making it pay and have perhaps fallen foul of poor lines then you really need to blame yourself for not taking due care to scrutinize them. The previous poster summed up part of the problem. Graham made a 3pt loss this month ... BIG DEAL. To him however it was the sign of a scurrulous line, to me it was a sign of how little he understands profitable long term betting.

Interesting I seem to have ended up defending Mr Cunnigham on this on issue

Yifter hasn't sold himself down the river by writing articles for bookie websites or for exchanges with the sole intent of keeping problem gamblers betting, unlike some, or appearing as the BF rep at the Breeders Cup.
