Good title.
Ibn Hiyyan 3.45 Can it be beaten Quito? Surely this should be 1t2... |

morning quito
must be one of best weeks sport of the year? augusta, aintree, champs league quarters, fa cup semis........ did you see tiger's press conference? forgot all about it last night so waiting for it on sky sports news now |

I wouldn't be rushing to take it on, CFT! Still a bit sceptical about that last race but even so, it ought to lap these trees.

Morning morning,
I see it is in the sales on Thursday. It looks a terrible race and I thought it ran better than a 60 last week. Not a great deal else to get excited about. No doubt you will be looking at Mackintosh IR?! Wednesday looks better. Back to the golf - any update on Casey? |
By:
Repreived is a horse I have had my eye on for ages. Back to 7f today, he should be able to outbattle Mackintosh!
By:
One I have my eye on is Shared Moment in the last at ffos. Does anyone know much re J Gallagher? I think this filly is on a good mark, will much prefer 7f, will like the juice in the ground and it is a moderate race with only Dr Wintringham and Markhesa as the likely dangers.
Would like to see some £££ for Repreived - his fancied runner yesterday ran poorly I thought. |
By:
market will be interesting re babich bay in the first. was bet from 10/1 into 7/2 the other day, before being withdrawn with 'sore shins'
By:
Mornings all, I was going to mention the notebooked Reprieve but the Kettering giant has managed to remember.

Morning.
Thanks for the number yesterday, though I wish I hadnt bothered! |
By:
Hullo. I thought after the race, I wonder if he was on a Williams plot. :|
Shame I didn't think that two mins earlier. :( |
By:
Nah didnt see Stuart til after the race.
I just thought that my old boy would make the top 3 but we will never know if he would have done thanks to him being nearly brought down. |
By:
Top 5 horses who could cause you in-running pain today.
1) Mackintosh 2) Tamarind Hill 3) Jewelled 4) Mrs Boss 5) Bookiesindexboy |
By:
Tabs jumped out and travelled noticeably well but I thought he was dropping back when he was nobbled tbh. Still, never know.

It's only Tuesday and I have been asked twice already for a National selection. I backed Black Apalachi for beans last year and thought it was travelling best (albeit some way out) when it tipped up. So I am saying that one. Anyone have a big priced stab for those that will moan unless the horse is a gazillion to one?
By:
Tell everywon who asks you a different horse. This should ensure that somewon is happy.
By:
''COLORUS has plenty in his favour here and although he wouldn't be won to get too heavily involved with at short odds, he looks more resolute than Tamarind Hill.''
By:
Brainwashed.
By:
Thanks Toe. Sounds like a Viz tip.
Somewon at the RP needs to brush up on they're subbing.... |
By:
Good morning, twm. Long time no speak.
Would have been interesting to see the race pan out without any trouble yesterday;he broke and travelled as if he was enjoying his outing. A shame. Im afraid to report i have laid the last four winners on the US tour and go into the masters wounded with a depleted bank. |
By:
Fear not TRS, jb will tipster us the Masters/National dubbal with but won selection in each.
By:
Wot price is Tiger please ?!
By:
I've done black apalachi and erics charm cgull, so far.
Quito - i do think mackintosh will go close today, had a stinking trip/ride last time, and spencer is brilliant on these types. Have to bet at 11/4, hopefull bail at 1/2. |
By:
Agreed about Spencer, dan. There is definitely a bail factor there though.
By:
thanks
By:
Tiger is currently trading at 5.6, infoman. These odds available with the popular betting exchange, Betfair.
By:
i am also on mackintosh today, been waiting for the drop to 7f. other bet i have had is lady brookie at evens in the 2yo race, so it could be a long afternoon from 2.25 onwards!
By:
She really ought to win, alayaday. That Kempton race didn't look much and the winner absolutely toyed with Beach Patrol.
By:
yes i wasn't impressed with the kempton race either quito. thought if lady brookie reproduced the brocklesby run, it would be a hard level to beat
By:
Thanks cgullman, wear the fox hat.
By:
I agree re Mr Turners. Looked brave to me at Donny. Still a touch short for me given the newcomers.
I see Shared Moment has been nibbled at so I have hopped in to take the 12. I hope it is the "right" money as I'm pretty sure the Gallaghers quite like having a few quid on them.. |
By:
Anyone know whatever happened to Arfur Daly ?!
I think he woulda won on that in the Brocklesby innit. |
By:
Firefighter.
By:
That rings a bell,
I wonder why he didn't try jumping if it was weight problems etc ! |
By:
Ok, joined in with the forts re this 2.10. Backed Reprieved, defo needs this step up in trip. Backed Mack and left a lay in so hopefully collect twice.
By:
Reprieved by Mack backers......
By:
oh dear, 1.75 & beat a mile! nice start for your hitlist quito, good shout
By:
Wasnt due to weight problems - Lack of rides was the reason.
He was very well liked though. How did that Repreived run? I stayed out as thought it would have been shorter if fancied strongly. |
