got a decent list on around 280 i think but with no Hurricane,nightmare,thought this was fragile and would only win the Punch race like last year,as a big Montjeu fan i need shooting .

List on 286 with Golden Silver running today. Has Solwhit as Irish Champion Hurdle contender, and What A Friend (slim chance of Irish Hennessy success - may not run).
List on 284 - has both Solwhit and Hurricane Fly for ICH. No viable Irish Hennessy contender, unless Denman or Imperial Commander make shock appearances (i.e. no chance). |

My top list is on 316, which is 50th. Hurricane Fly or Solwhit will be fine next week, and I'm happy enough with how it's going so far. Could do with some of my Paddy Power horses nicking a decent race or two.

Ha ha, nice one! I doubled up Long Run, with Mad Max, Sunnyhillboy, Great Endeavour and Catch Me. So if a couple of them can get 40 or 50 points, that will help me out.

Could be a big weekend next week, with Master Minded and Peddlers Cross running, as well as the Irish Champion. Subs have to be done by 25th Feb, and they score points from Day 1 of the Festival.

Am in joint 151st with two lists on 301 pts..so regret taking out Time for Rupert and putting in Reve DE sivola...what a donkey..cant jump......Got Hurricane Fly,Finnians Rainbow and Master Minded next week.....no chance of winning but would love to get in the Top50..good luck all

For example, the guy in the lead overall has 4 champion hurdlers in his list. Only one can win at Cheltenham. Otehrs who have spreads their selections out a bit, will be able to gain ground quite readily.

Thanks to Finnians have one list in joint 90th with 311 pointS....Then joint 163rd with 301 pts and joint 205th with 296 pts but both those lists have the dreaded Reve De Sivola:-(....Good luck all

We're with you Alderbrook on 301 points, with that list having Peddlers Cross, Master Minded and Solwhit going this weekend. Have a feeling that Hurricane Fly might spoil that particular list's party though.

Peddlers Cross could clash with Binocular before the stanjames.com Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham.
Trainer Donald McCain is now eyeing the the toteplacepot Contenders Hurdle and the Welsh Champion Hurdle, both on February 5, for his unbeaten star after Haydock was abandoned on Saturday |
