Actually posting a stewards enquiry aftertimed winner. This could be a new all time low. Filth.
4builder4 • April 24, 2021 4:30 PM BST I just greened for my original £250 stake @ 1.74(place money safe anyway) as I favoured an amended result. Went back because it seemed to be taking too long, but was 2.32 so left as was. Sorry for Kitty/Enrillo backers but he ho, not giving the £3.5k back lol......well not yet anyway |

Must be fit and being lightly raced should improve. It's being backed accordingly as well! 2.55 NAAS April 26, 2021 3:01 PM BST Can't believe where 5 mins went, race all over by the time I posted, didn't have time to get onLaugh Another reverse after time. HMS Seahorse lost, needless to say.... |

Was astounded by team selection at 530pm ,to see that Ross Barkley was on their bench and our midfield was not only threadbare ,we were also playing a "shed load" of number tens and some sort of "your turn to play" roundabout ,don't bet football but took the 5.4 villa. Doesn’t bet football, but this Spuds’ fan steams in to back Villa. Filth. |

I seemed to remember backing his horses blindly towards the end of the season he had backed himself to have 20 winners (I think it was 20) in a season. He stood to win £250k and just made it. Talking about Curley on his RIP thread when a nice filthy after time comes up from storm alert ( more like filth alert)...gutter stuff |

Minella indo needed to be held up so that the speedier horses coul walk past him in the closing stages??? Utter drivel. A lot of talking through pockets apparent here. Ruining a race?? FFS, get a grip. Me. LAYED MI for a place. Cheltenham 26f form at Kempton?t This was gut wrenching this morning. Scumbag |

Twitter is a great place for aftertiming. Ben Coley tipped a 66/1 winner (Niemann) and people
are flooding on to tell him how they got 75/1 at B.e.t.3.6.5 |

RIP threads are 'Aftertimers' Heaven' as evidenced by this cotribution from our old friend on the 'Andy Turnell RIP' thread...
sageform 10 Mar 22 15:21 One of his that I remember was Mayfair Bill in the County Hurdle in 1965. He can only have been in 18 at the time. I was a student and some racing pals and I backed No Restrictions at 33/1 in the George Duller (now Pertemps) and Mayfair Bill at 100/8 on the same afternoon and were told off for making a lot of noise in the common room! |

Fantastic spot Harry. A new addition to the genre. Roll out a few invented winners and stick one in for the future, which inevitably goes down the pan…..

Betfair Forum should introduce a new category called "aftertiming" so that we can boast to each other in peace.

Get in. A great day for Andrew Balding followers. Backed ante post and again this morning when he was back out to 9.2 on here. well done Frankie. No mention on the antepost thread, prior to the race!!! |
|
By:
If I read every thread on here, I would never have time to have a bet. I mention my faith in Andrew Balding and Juddmonte regularly so why would I have backed anything else but Chaldean? My only doubt was Frankie after Newbury. As usual in my experience, the anti post price was no better than the morning price although he did shorten dramatically in the minutes before the race.

Going into it he had worked well with Birr Castle going well clear so the drift and performance are perplexing. I backed the Japanese colt today and had read a very interesting interview with CP Lemaire about how they’ve learnt about shipping the horses abroad. Never mentioned he had backed Alohi Alii, but felt he had to drop it into the Arc thread!!!! |

Naturally I was on large with the winner being easy to pick, being a four year old from a local yard, had been given the fresh crop so less drag and it’s tiny feet looked ideal for the quick going From the Corgi Derby ![]() |

impossible123 • August 21, 2025 2:35 PM BST I'm on Rosallion at 7/4 on saturday...for the price and long overdue Gp 1 this season. Maybe life is too short given horseracing is only a game to most. I picked Song Of The Clyde; I used a pin. Why not? Some gold miners use a couple of bent wires to try and pinpoint where the gold might be. Comedy gold Brilliant showing of humour!
