Ok gentlemen, third time is a charm! Again, I promise a bounty of wine and virgins for all of my followers when this fellow fulfils his destiny and emerges victorious tomorrow afternoon.

After posting on this thread about this horse for the last three Nationals (and a Becher!) he finally got round today. What a performance. Delighted for the horse and connections.

Thread is 2+ years old isn't it? great stuff tbf, if he had got round last year or the year before, I wonder if he'd have won ;\ |

The thread is from before he ran in his first national. I think he would have won last year and I think Denis O'Regan knows it too! Top bombing from you today.

That was last season.
He runs in the Bobbyjo at Fairyhouse next weekend. Not dropped a pound despite being off for nearly 2 years. Thanks Phil. |

Normally I take complaints from trainers about handicapping with a pinch of salt but I cannot fathom out how Phil Smith arrived at the weight for BA.

Though his doubters are indeed numerous, this sprightly teenager looks set to defy the stats and win this years race. I make him a four on shot on my tissue.
Good luck to you all. Remember, steak, wine and virgins for all followers when he wins. |
