common sense did prevail with the dead heaters both getting through but i dont think it should have happened,whats the point in having rules if they are not followed to the letter. |

Sounds like they did exactly the right thing here, anytime common sense is used to defy a rule written in stone its proof that no matter how hard you try you cant write rules to cover every eventuality in greyhound racing, let alone life !
