Potter's title defence on par with Sergio's at Augusta.

Rubbish coverage by Sky. Spending most of the time on the Amateur, whilst totally ignoring Spieth.
By:
Spieth first tee shot on the par five went in the funny stuff, according to pga tour website. not that you'd know from sky.
By:
day charging on back nine.
By:
Good job they went an hour early.
By:
Not much let up in the next couple of days forecast, given how quickly it floods here could well be looking at Monday.
By:
they should suspend this and come back tomorrow, joke in these conditions.
By:
if it was a normal event they would surely do so, but as a mickey mouse pro-am not bothering. don't want to get the celebs grouchy who'd have to get up early in the morning.
By:
ok they have suspended.

DON'T EXPECT TO SEE ALOT OF GOLF THIS WEEK

By:
Atleast today Spieths group is the featured one so e will get to see one of the guys in with a chance and in the main coverage we will get Day and Mickelson, so should be alot more bearable once on air.
By:
Are you sure there is featured group coverage today?
By:
thats what it said when i was lloking at schedule,i have pasted it below, it doesnt seem to be on Sky so maybe its a pga live thing or america only, im not too sure now i have looked a bit more deeply.

Day starts with a bogey.
![]() ![]() |
By:
Day een changed back to a Par,
By:
i thought last night Day was playing 3 from the fairway so was expecting him to start with a bogey, it even had his 3rd shot as from fairway, but nw its changed to 3d shot from green and he made a par 4. i wouldnt trust the scoreboard 100% until it is shown on tv or until they have finished and signed for the round
By:
Mmmmmmm bit of money hoovering early....****.
By:
Now have him joint leader?
By:
Spieth bogey to finish?
By:
looks like day -10 Spieth bogey the last to drop to -9 so, a bit of drama.
By:
The Day one was weird, Shot 3 from Intermediate all night then a regulation 2 putt par.
By:
Just gone back to bogey, -9.
By:
Crooked...
By:
told you to wait till they signed, Day has had that bogey put back on @16. Very dodgy. so back to -9
By:
And decent bet on so very annoying.
By:
Only guy starting on the 10th at PB which makes a difference. If you're on probably a good price to lay at before the market catches up.
By:
OK, why are we suspended? Not even cut day.
By:
Anyone have any idea why we're suspended?
By:
Spieth really needed that Birdie at the first today, i reckon he is still a little fragile and if he hits a dodgy part the wheels could come right off so he needs to keep the confidence high and making birdies
By:
They are settling a cut that hasn't been made yet. Utterly useless.
By:
How dense are they?
By:
This is a shambles....Again.
Unsuspend ffs |
By:
The players they removed are back but we can't find the unsuspend button yet.
By:
Looks like the wind is going to pick up quite quickly this afternoon. Even the hour or two between guys like Jordan or Langley and Phil or Lucas could make a big difference.
By:
500 cuts made for phil is pretty impressive
By:
had to put some stake on Langley, his price seems a little too big for his position,so hes now on side
By:
Bunching right up between -9 and -11 now, this could get good over the next couple of days.
By:
Glover starts with bogey on the par 5 at Monterey.
By:
when Spieth starts holing his 30foot par putts you know hes on his way back
