For the second consecutive day, Tiger Woods and Jason Dufner played a British Open practice round together Monday.
Why is this significant? Because there were recent bombshell reports Woods had an affair with Dufner’s ex-wife, Amanda. Woods, through his representatives, vehemently denied having any sort of sexual relationship with Amanda, who Dufner divorced earlier this year, and was said to be livid about the reports. Woods also is said to have spoken to Dufner about the rumors and the two have even joked about them. So their very public practice rounds together were a clear message to the world the reports were untrue. Woods was not available for comment Monday, but is scheduled for his pre-tournament press conference Tuesday. |

Latest I saw was that it was going to be windy all day tomorrow, with some rain (possibly heavy) for the early starters so I don't think the guys going off now will have much fun tomorrow morning. I think they've scaled back the forecast for really strong gusts in the afternoon. Worst of the forecast has moved to Sat but that obviously doesn't really favour anyone but might allow for a charge from behind.

the thing that used to really irritate me when playing club golf was when your palying behind a group of old ladies or old men, they wait till the group infront is 270+ up the fairway and then they all hit it 150-160 yards wasting so much fecking time
